This condo was nothing short of perfection. From start to finish, our experience exceeded every expectation. Ian is truly an exceptional host and incredibly responsive. He went above and beyond by providing thoughtful recommendations for dining, activities, and local spots, and he was always just a message away whenever we had a question. The condo itself is spectacular. Located right on the beach, with the most breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. The space is modern, spotless and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. If you’re considering this rental - book it. We can’t wait to return and stay here again.

Could not ask for more. Beautiful.

This was a great VRBO. I would definitely stay again and recommend it. The location and unit itself are the best in the development. The owner was very communicative and made lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I loved having all the amenities of the Zoëtry plus the space of a condo. You will not be disappointed. The location is right between Cabo and San Jose. There is also golf at Cabo Real across the street. I never wanted to leave the porch.

Phenomenal Stay!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this condo！The comfort level was off the charts—everything from the plush bedding to the cozy living space made it feel like a true home away from home. The view of the beach & ocean was breathtaking (which is literally a min walk away), offering stunning scenery (especially the whales!!) that I couldn’t get enough of, whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding at night. On top of that, Baxter was incredibly communicative, quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!

Fantastic Weekend

It's the best unit literally on the whole property. Watching whales breaching every morning was unreal and the host was great with suggestions on everything from walking to restaurants, etc. Will definitely go back.

Best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had

Please let me stay forever! This place is heaven on earth. I really don’t even know where to begin. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s stylish, functional, super clean, the beds are so comfortable, everything works perfectly, and this designed perfectly,and the patio is amazing. On top of that, the location is absolutely unreal. It must be the best location in the entire resort. It’s on the corner facing the ocean. We watched literally dozens of whales from the patio. In one sitting, we watched four whales at once. We were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the rolling waves. Probably the best sleep I’ve had in a year.The resort itself is absolutely lovely. The pool area is beautiful. The food is delicious and the staff are great. We do a lot of international travel, and this was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had in my life.Ian is such a kind and responsive host. He was so easy to communicate with and sent us lots of additional, useful info. You couldn’t ask for any more in the host. There is no doubt that we will be returning. It was a dream vacation.Thanks, Ian!

Best of the Best... property and host

This was our first trip to Cabo and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The location of the Condo was perfect for relaxing and for activities; you are right on the beach experiencing gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and whale watching from the spacious balcony. The condo is beautifully furnished (all modern high-end), comfortable, clean and has every amenity you can think of. Our host Ian was the best; as soon as we booked he reached out to us and when we told him it was our first trip to Cabo he sent us so many recommendations for activities, restaurants etc (including a private chef who came to the Condo and cooked for us one night, highly recommended). Any question we had we just messaged him and he responded immediately (even on Christmas day!). His recommendations truly made our trip memorable. The location of the Condo within the Zoetry hotel was perfect in that you have access to all the hotel amenities; pools, restaurants, gym etc. There is an excellent golf course 5 minutes away.This is a great vacation home and it has something for everyone and you will not find a better host than Ian who will make you feel right at home.

Fell in love! Everything about this stay was perfect! I couldn't imagine a better experience!!

What a perfect vacation, If I could give it 10 stars I would! It's not if we will go back it's when and that! We had the most amazing time and are already planning our next trip. There is no need to look any further we will come back to this condo everytime!! For us the room and view are the most important as we spend the majority of our vacations sitting in the balcony staring at the water relaxing and listening to the waves.. Let's start with the view, breathtaking!!!! Every area has a beautiful view of the beach! The condo itself is so luxurious. The resort is gorgeous with several amenities and quite. The beach is beautiful and with very few people. We even watched a firework show right in front of us on the beach! Let me also note how helpful Ian was! He made navigating a new country seamless, answered so many questions, gave us so many good recommendations, I can't express just how helpful he was! If you're looking for gorgeous views, luxury, and relaxation look no further!!

Amazing Stay on the Beach

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Ian's condo, and it was truly magical. The week offered serene views of the Sea of Cortez from the patio, with sightings of whales, mobula rays, fish, and birds. The condo's impeccable renovation and meticulous care were appreciated. Thoughtful amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen, impressive TV and sound system, and a super comfortable bed, added convenience and comfort, making our stay enjoyable. The unbeatable location near the Zoetry Hotel allowed us to enjoy its pools and amenities, yet we valued the flexibility to prepare our own meals. Ian's recommendation to hire Elfer, a private chef, added a special touch! Whether immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the Zoetry, exploring nearby hotels, or relishing solitude on our private patio, Ian's condo provided the perfect balance. Ian's responsiveness and helpfulness, especially for first-timers like us, were remarkable. We were sad to say goodbye and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our heartfelt thanks to Ian for all his help, sharing his exceptional space, and making our anniversary truly memorable. If you're considering a stay, book with Ian – we highly recommend it!

Nothing short of Paradise

I dont normally leave reviews, but this one is really Paradise! We have travelled the world and stayed in fine hotels and vacation rentals, but this property stands out. Its hard to tell which is the most outsanding feature - the 270 Degrees unobstructed views of the ocean or the immaculate high end super luxurious furnishings, furniture and applicances. The owners cut no corners when they upgraded the unit, eveything is absolutely top notch. The host Ian has made every comfort available to enjoy at your finger tips - you can relax in the amazing patio and take in the sound of the ocean and the views, we saw whales right out from the balcony! We saw amazing sunrises and spectacular sunsets. We relaxed with the family indoors when we wanted to - high speed streaming on huge screen TVs and Sonos sound system - all working perfectly and in easy reach. The lighting in the unit is phenomenal too. To top it off, Ian is an incredibly communicative, goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Our entire family is looking forward to returning some day. Where to stay in Cabo is going to be the easiest decision!

Spectacular Experience in Paradise

This property has it all! As frequent travelers, but first time VRBO customers, we were a little nervous about the whole process. After booking we were immediately contacted by Ian, the host, who made himself available to answer our initial questions and provide invaluable tips and information to make our stay the best possible. The convenient location of this condo was perfect. Our trip to and from the airport, shopping and restaurants was a breeze. We really enjoyed the option of eating some meals on the property just steps away from our condo. The Zoetry staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. We were blown away by the unobstructed view from this corner unit! Whether inside or out, we could enjoy the view of the bright blue ocean, manicured white sand beach, lush gardens and large swimming pool. To top it off, the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The condo itself is impeccably designed, decorated and appointed with every necessity and convenience needed for an outstanding vacation experience. We felt comfortable the minute we set foot in this stunning home. We really feel like we hit a "bullseye" when we booked this condo and will be forever spoiled by our stay. Thanks again Ian for providing the perfect vacation experience in such a special place :)

Beautiful Place & Excellent Location

This property is newly remodeled and beautifully designed. Top of the line appliances, finishes and HVAC. It is a short drive to downtown San Jose and the property is immaculately maintained with full time life guard on the beach. Would not hesitate to rent this home again and Ian is a wonderful host with many suggestions for things to do and places to eat. 5 stars all day long!

Perfection

My wife and I have been to Cabo no less than 10 times in the past 5 years. Ian’s condo has everything— a perfect location, right on the sand, with clear views in both directions, new renovations in a modern and tasteful way, every kitchen utensil/appliance you could possibly use, and Netflix/Prime capabilities on the tv. This is, hands down, the best property (luxury resort or otherwise) we have ever rented. We will be back.

A Week is not Long Enough

My wife and I have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, all Hawaiian Islands, Mexico, and no location connects you more deeply with the sights and sounds of the water than this condo. Beautiful blue water, crashing waves, all welcome you with coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. The posted pictures are fantastic of the interior, but they don't reflect the style, taste, and quality of the unit at Casa Del Mar. It was perfect. Make sure you ask the owner, Ian for the contact information of a personal chef he recommended for an amazing Mexican feast--it was fabulous. It is hard to believe but the massages we received on the patio at sunset from this same individual were as good as any luxury resort. The unit is ideally located between Cabo and San Jose with easy access to great restaurants, golf, and whatever you want to do. We will be back as many times as possible. Next time for two weeks. Family Spring Break

This was definitely a 5 star experience all the way around. Amazing apartment with high end finishes. Location had it all (beach, pools, restaurants, bar). Ian the host was like a personal concierge as he offered many trip options for our family to do while there as well as was very responsive with any doubts we had about the apartment. Will stay here again.

Amazing Condo with beautiful views!

We had a wonderful week staying at Sol 201! The condo was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Ian was very responsive to all of my questions and checked in with us during our stay! Access to the beach and the pools was just a few steps away! We enjoyed the pool loungers pretty much every day and rented a beach bed one day for $115. Highly recommend the condo for your trip to Cabo!

Just perfect!

This was a wonderful choice. Everything was perfect. The communication with the host was professional, but also personable and helpful. Checking in was painless and everything was as described. The condo is an ideal location. I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen, laundry room and bbq (although did not use). it was just perfect for what we wanted. I look forward to returning.

Breathtaking View & Unlimited Sunshine

We spent a week at this condo with our daughter and are without doubt planning to return as soon as we can. The unit was as described, ideally located, comfortably furnished, and perfect for our family getaway. We greeted each day from the beachfront balcony and retired to the peaceful sound of the rolling waves after hours spent soaking up sunshine, panoramic views, and resort amenities. The host, Ian, beyond helpful with his recommendations (i.e., shopping, restaurants, day trips, car rental, etc.), truly enhanced our stay. What a wonderful first encounter with travel to the Baja Peninsula!

Beautiful beach front condo

This property has to be one of our favorites in over 30 trips to Mexico. Whale watching from our patio, hanging out at the pool and walks on the beach made for a wonderful trip. Will definitely return.

Sunrise to Sunset

My husband and I enjoyed a quick couple of days in this amazing ocean front condo. With its ideal location and large balcony boasting both the sunrise and sunset views! The host Ian was quick to respond and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return next year for a much longer stay.
