Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. Once that was resolved, he was able to help get us into the property and the rest of the time was great. Clean and cute. "

"Absolutely perfect accommodations and location. I felt right at home and very safe. Such a quiet street but close to so many amenities. Perfect location for wonderful walks and hikes and so easy to get to place in S.F. easily. The owners were so gracious and friendly, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!"

"We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. It was a delightful stay. "

"We love Muir Beach, and this place is about 12 minutes up and over the hill from there! less than 10 minutes the other direction are an excellent grocery store and several nice places to eat. Beds were comfortable with good sheets & pillows, mini kitchen perfectly adequate and the bathroom well appointed with good towels, wash cloths and bathmats.I'll be back! "

"This little Beach house is so close to the ocean, it's perfectly appointed, and located. Everything in the house is stylish, and feels and looks new. The house had everything we needed to cook a meal, and was dog friendly. Easy to keep tidy. Close walking distance to the cute little Market, that has everything you can think of, that you forgot to bring. Easy beach walk to the eateries. There's a front porch to enjoy the ocean from, and a private back deck with lovely furniture to gather round....

"We had a beautiful stay, it's so nice to sit on the deck and have such an uninterrupted view. You can easily walk to a really good bakery and a couple bars/restaurants. Kitchen and bath are very small but we were mostly so that did not matter - view from the Queen bed is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Shower is small but great water pressure and temperature. We had a little trouble with the fireplace but it was fixed immediately. The grey parrot downstairs was a delight to greet each morning on our way out. We could walk or catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely return."
