It really is a palace!

This was perfect for us! Great location and layout. From the 80 grandfather to the 2-month-old, everyone had their own quiet space. The people watching are unparalleled, and we were treated to spouting whales, an uncommon sight in the Bay. Everyone said it was a homerun!

Amazing home in a premier location

This 4 floor home has it all. Temperature controls on each level with the second floor dedicated to family living, kitchen and dining. The unobstructed views of the Marina, Marina Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz are unparalleled. I cannot recommend this home more strongly. Enjoy!

Golden Peacock paradise

Truly a one of a kind property in a one of a kind location. Wonderful welcome from the owner with detailed tour of the property. Easy to navigate around in the home. Quiet area. Easy access to eateries, groceries and other shopping needs/wants. Beautiful bay and golden gate views. Very good direction book in the house. Plenty of room for the whole family to stay. 5 stars is not enough for Peacock Palace. The pictures do not capture the true beauty of this Vacation Home. The Owner is absolutely wonderful, one of the kindest people you will ever meet. The home is absolutely perfect. Just sitting in the chairs and looking out was beautiful and relaxing. Look to the left and you see the Golden Gate Bridge, look to the right and you see Alcatraz and right in front of you is a strip of grass visited by locals and visitors. We watched someone propose with a huge flowered letters saying MARRY❤️Me💍, ps…she said yes. There are people jogging, riding bikes, walking, exercising and playing with their dogs. We watch a pee wee soccer practice, which was absolutely adorable, a Baby Yoga class and people working out in the out. We watched sail boats, container ships, old ships, yachts, row boats and a small old wooden boat that seemed so tiny floating in the Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked breakfast every morning, we eat out for lunch and we had dinner delivered. The beds are all very comfortable, very spacious and decorated in a calming peaceful decor. The bathrooms were huge, with beautiful granite tiles and countertops. Several bathroom have heated toilet seats, all bathrooms had a bidet and a Nespresso Machine which we truly enjoyed every morning. The 2nd floor living are has plenty of comfortable seating, a large tv and comfortable chairs to sit in front of the huge windows. The back garden was absolutely beautiful, full of flowers, a lemon tree and several flowered trees. We were able to park a Ex large SUV and a mini van in the 2 parking spots in front of the garage. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk and The Shake Shake is right around the corner also within walking distance, we walked to the Pier and shopped and had a lovely lunch. I can not wait for our next visit. There is peace and relaxation at Peacock Palace. You must book this beautiful home, you won’t regret it. We had 8 people ages 18 months to 86yrs old, 5 generations. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Perfect house to enjoy San Francisco in

The peacock palace offers an incredible bay view encompassing the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island, and Alcatraz from 3 floors of the house. The photos do not do justice to the quality of these views. It rained during most of our stay and even that didn’t diminish the views — we saw spectacular full rainbows over the bay from inside the house twice. In the night, we saw ships with lights blurred by misty rain, cruising dreamlike across the bay. These experiences alone made it worth the price of the stay. All rooms were thoughtfully laid out, especially the 3 master suites. Yes there are 3 master bedrooms, each having large bay view windows, an L-sectional sofa area, and spacious bathrooms with soaking tub. Other thoughtful details include well-supplied coffee/tea station in each master suite, with Nespresso machines for coffee and variable-temperature electric kettle for tea. The 4th floor is a huge master suite. Third floor has 2 master suites and an additional smaller bedroom. Note that the smaller bedroom has no en-suite bathroom.but there is a full bath with shower on the 2nd floor living area that can be used. The first floor has 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor is the living/dining/cooking area. Panoramic bay view can be seen from all areas on this floor. Living spaces are well appointed with plenty of seating. Lots of fresh orchids adorned this floor, which was a nice touch. The owner is a doctor & scholar who had been incredibly gracious during our interactions. The property manager Sandra was super helpful showing us how to use various amenities of the house. We are more than satisfied with our stay in the peacock palace. We hope to come back for other events, and will definitely recommend to friends.

What a Palace!!!

The Peacock Palace was the perfect place for our family to stay in San Francisco. The views alone are worth the money but spaciousness and the access to great walks made this the perfect place for our family celebration. We can’t wait to stay there again in 2 years for the next big family event!

We love this house

I don't normally write reviews but we absolutely loved this property. The location was excellent and the views were stunning. The size and grandeur of the house made our stay very comfortable while decadent at the same time. Every room is well appointed. The house is decorated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable (we loved the pillows) and there were many comfortable and well thought out sitting spots to enjoy the gorgeous views. The owner is a lovely person, available if you need and very considerate and generous. The house is well maintained by the property manager and staff, it is very clean. We loved the house so much that we have requested to stay again next year. I strongly suggest that you book this house, you will not be disappointed, the views alone are worth it and the house is a gem.
