Wonderful property

I had my parents stay here while they were in town helping look after my wife and my new baby. The property was in great shape, super comfortable, and of course very walkable to Fillmore st with many restaurants and shops. Cathy who manages the property was incredibly helpful and accommodating and I really enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend it to others!

Fabulous Victorian

What great property and location. This Victorian home has all the old world charm and modern day conveniences. The bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk and really reliable. Japantown is a short walk away. We’ve stayed at many properties in San Francisco and this is hard to beat. There is even a lovely outdoor space to relax. Cathy has thought of everything….what a gem in the city!

Great stay!

My stay at this property was amazing! The check in process was very easy. The location, amenities, and communication with the host could not have been better! The place looks just like the pictures, and it is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and washer/dryer was a big plus since I stayed for 5 months. Location can't be beat, just a few steps away from tons of shops and restaurants on Fillmore street. Can't say enough great things about this place- it was perfect!

Beautiful!

I loved staying in this furnished home. The decor is beautiful, it’s clean and very comfortable. The covered terrace is charming and a great place to dine or just hang out and read a book or gather with friends or family. The location is awesome, close to restaurants, shops and parks. I hope to stay here again someday.

Beautiful home, great location and everything exactly as described. Perfect for an SF city break.

Lovely home in a great part of SF. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops literally round the corner. Easy walking distance to the California Street Cable Car so very easy to get around. Home owner very quick to respond and plenty of helpful information pre-visit regarding the home, local restaurants etc. With use of the guest parking pass we had no issues finding a space either on the same street as the house or on an adjoining one which was great. The home is really comfortable, cosy and is well appointed with plenty of provisions and a very well equipped kitchen. My wife was very pleased to find a pair of hair straighteners in the bathroom having forgotten hers so extra points scored there!! Everything is exactly as described and would whole heartedly recommend this property to any couple or small family visiting SF. Many thanks Cathy.

Elegant Oasis in the Heart of San Francisco

This perfectly appointed two-bedroom apartment proved to be the ideal launchpad for all of our San Francisco travels. Perfectly situated in a residential area, it had all the conveniences you needed nearby --from a multitude of restaurants and retail to services such as dry-cleaning , etc. Steps from public transportation to anywhere in the city, or if you rent a car (as we did) easy to find parking nearby (usually just steps away). The apartment is beautifully decorated (looks even better than in pictures) and throughly clean. The beautiful kitchen opens up to an outdoor space and was the perfect place to start or day! Great appliances and fully stocked cookware and dinner ware made it easy to prepare and have our meals (even though we only had breakfasts). I can't say enough of how well this property is maintained, how conveniently is situated, our how great it was for our family to come (home) to it at the end of the day. Our host was easy enough to communicate with and made sure we had a residential parking permit available upon check-in, as well as a number of suggestions for nearby eating, dry cleaning, etc.

Beautiful home in a phenomenal location

Two of us were in town for business for three nights. From a price and value perspective, this made way more sense than two hotel rooms. Even if I were traveling alone, I believe the quality and location of this place would warrant spending a bit extra to stay here. The rental process was seamless, the place was perfect and the location was about as convenient as you can get. Aside from our business meetings, we walked to everything.

Lovely flat in the Filmore

This pretty little flat was perfect for me and my husband and my two boys. It's just a few doors down from Filmore street and its great restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and the laundry and back patio were a nice addition. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The joke is beautiful and very comfortable, and Cathy and her son were always very quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is wonderful- I grew up nearby- and the location of this home is truly over the top convenient. You Must get pastries and bread from the Boulangerie on Pine Street a block away- perfect for breakfast! We rented a car, and parking was very easy- we always found parking on the same block as the house. This is truly a beautifully appointed home, and if you are lucky enough to find it available, I recommend booking!!

A City Oasis

As a family of 4 from London, we all found this beautiful home to be perfectly located for easy access to the city, close to some excellent restaurants & shops and a real oasis of calm & peace to enjoy at the end / start of the day. This apartment is luxuriously furnished, spacious, very comfortable and immaculately clean, all of which we appreciated. Access arrangements on our arrival were impeccable and stress free. The board games in the living room were much appreciated, for a bit of family fun in the evenings too! We intend to be back again - thank you for our stay in such a wonderful home.

Great property, great location.

My husband and two children, ages 9 and 12, stayed at this property for our spring break. The space is very nice and has absolutely everything you will need to be comfortable. The location is superb as well. It is very central and an easy walk, uber or taxi to all of the sites San Francisco has to offer. Close to shopping both retail and grocery and great restaurants. We had a great visit and loved coming back to this property each evening.
