We had a great weekend in San Diego. The property met all of our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was such a great spot to get to both the bay and the ocean. Our kids really enjoyed the boogie boards. We walked to different restaurants for meals and cooked at the property as well using the grill and patio. It was a great weekend!

Location was great. Size of rooms were more than adequate for our stay. Did find the kitchen was not as clean as I had expected, the refrigerator especially.Checkin went smoothly. Location between bay and ocean was convenient.

3 adult family members came down for a wedding. Oven was needed & worked great for baking a small wedding cake. Brought my own hand mixer but misplaced the beaters-ended up using the beaters found here; the kitchen here had many appliances and conveniences. The The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa was very comfortable. Didn't use the outdoor grill but it was clean. Definitely used the beach chairs and beach towels. Getting ready for wedding, we applied makeup at kitchen table as no bathroom counter space, but it was no problem. Ceiling fans in master and LR was AWESOME. Also floor stand fans in both bedrooms. We ate twice at the Mission Baja Tacos shop a block away and across the street, Rosemarie's, was very good. Small parking space describe well. I had rented a intermediate SUV which would have been find, but when picking up the car, car rental dealer showed an upgrade vehicle that was larger and EYECANDY and I went for it. Harder to park, but managed. I would stay here again. Cute place.

This little house had everything our family of four (including 2 teens) needed. A fully functioning kitchen with large appliances so we could choose to cook for ourselves. It is located in a beautiful part of the world. Out of the city of San Diego so be prepare for a chilled beach/bay vibe. We easily used Uber to get around or walked. Great communication from the host who quickly sorted any small issues. The welcome snack pack was a nice touch.

This beautifully remodeled beach cottage is in a wonderful location. It was perfect for my husband, two teenagers and me. The ocean is just across the street with the bay just a few houses down. All of us loved staying there and were sad to leave. It's small, but very comfortable. A laundromat is close by if you need it. Very responsive owners who surprised us by leaving some of our favorite Trader Jo's treats as a welcome gift. We hope to be back!

I loved this beach cottage so much. It’s quiet and cozy providing all the basic needs for a short or extended beach vacation. We loved the location was a short walk to the Bay side which tends to be more quiet but also a 5 min walk across mission blvd to the beach. The cottage is right in the middle of the fun with about 15min walk to PB pier or 15min to Belmont.The owners take great pride in their home and it shows with all the details and cleanliness of the cottage. We went on a rainy spring break trip and enjoyed visiting the Midway Naval Museum, Belmont Park and the San Diego Zoo. Make sure to check out Ramen Ryoma for dinner. We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cottage. The location was perfectly situated with easy walking distance to beach, great restaurants, and especially the bay. The nearby intersection to the main street is well light and make for comfortable evening walks. The cottage is clean and comfortable and the perfect size for a couple looking for a quiet escape. We had a wonderful time here.

while visiting family in SD for Thanksgiving we decided to make a mini vacation out of it. This place surpassed all of our expectations! The location is fantastic! dolphin watching every morning, walks on the beach, fabulous restaurants and for us 15 min drive to my Brothers house. Highly recommend!

We (3 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The central A/C is the one accommodation that really stood out. We slept comfortably at night and we were able to lounge inside during the day in total comfort due to the A/C. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom shower water pressure was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and had a coffee maker. The living room couch seats 4 comfortable, and there's also a 4 person kitchen table. The location is quiet, and is steps away from the bay and you can see it clearly from the patio. The beach is not far, just a short 1-2 minute walk. The BBQ grill and the 6 person patio table came in handy when grilling and having nearby family stop by for dinner. The house is also close to Ralph's groceries, many bars and restaurants, yet still a comfortable bike ride away from the Belmont roller coaster area. I have a Toyota Tacoma and my front end stuck out about 4 inches past the red line, which is obviously within the acceptable limit (I was never ticketed or warned, etc). The parking spot had plenty of width. There is a side gate area that has about 6 or 7 beach chairs and there's about 4 beach umbrellas. There were 3 boogie boards, one was for a smaller child. There were a lot of toys for younger children as well. There was also enough room to store 2 locked bikes at night in this gated side area, out of view from the courtyard. We would definitely rent this beach house again, and look forward to doing so.
