The view was glorious. We all loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Patrick and Will were wonderful owners to work with. They provided many supplies that we don't usually get with other owners. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in San Diego, and Will and Patrick were the most amazing hosts. I informed Patrick that we were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday and Will went out of his way to make her feel special. The birthday decorations and flowers were beautiful, and he even had a birthday cake for her - above and beyond! The home was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The heated pool was a big highlight with the kids, both day and night...and those evening sunsets were just stunning! We hate to leave but can't wait to come back!

The house was amazing!!! Even better in person than it is in pictures! My husband and I were able to fly to CA and treat our son ( who is in the Navy)and his girlfriend to a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We spent most of the time enjoying the Pool and the hot tub in the backyard. This is a beautifully maintained property! Patrick and Will were wonderful!!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perhaps the first VRBO we've rented that actually was undersold by the ad. What a beautiful home! The backyard is an oasis, and the hosts are delightful -- and very responsive. Will happily rent from them again.

Had a very lovely stay. House was just as described. Patrick met up with us to Checkin and to personally show us around the house and where to find things. It was our son’s birthday and they had a happy birthday banner to welcome him. Pool and spa were great. Everything you need for a great vacation was provided. Will be back!

This is a beautiful location! It is clean and we loved it overall. I would strongly recommend paying the extra for the pool to be heated if you plan to use it. We did and are so glad we payed the extra. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the location is great. The only disappointment we had was the thinness of the towels. That is pretty minor compared to how lovely everything else was. We would definitely stay here again!

The best property

We have travelled throughout the US and have frequently stayed in rental properties, this one is truly outstanding. It has everything you could possibly wish for. Patrick was an excellent host and the pool, garden and view are just fabulous. My only criticism would be that the sunbeds are getting tired, and the location is not ideal if you want a local bar or nightlife.

Hilltop back yard serenity

From the get go Patrick was lovely answered my questions quickly, the home large for a big group had all the things, windows brought in alot of light, grocery store and Walmart were very near by, but that back yard!! The back yard is beautifully maintained, the garden was gorgeous, spa was nice and the pool was awesome! Loved this home!

Perfect home for family of 5!

We loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed and more as a family of five. We visited San Diego for the first time and hit the ground running to do all of the touristy things. The location was great - the drive in the morning to each place we visited was 15-35 minutes so nice and close! We learned to avoid the 3:00-5:00 rush hour on our way back to the house at the end of the day. This home provided a cozy and comfortable place for us to unwind, relax, refuel, and make core memories. The kids (ages 11, 9, 6) LOVED the pool (and all of the floaties!) and hot tub and were in it every morning and evening. They also enjoyed the putting green and we all enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. We paid for heating the pool spa the first few days (a colder stretch of 60 degree weather) and then just heated the spa the rest of the time and used solar to heat the pool. Well worth the extra cost to always have that to look forward to after a day on our feet. Patrick was great and prompt with answering my questions prior to booking, leading up to our trip, and after our arrival. Everything was a breeze and we appreciated the hospitality. We hope to make it back there someday and would highly recommend!

Great Place!

Close to the freeway for easy access to any where you want to go in San Diego. The Host was great to work with. The house was clean and well equipped. My kids loved playing on the putting range. The view was amazing! And convenience of having local stores close by was great for shopping. The Beach was only a 30 minute drive. It was a great place to stay!

Lovely

The house is very practical and has everything you may need. Pool and hot tub are just fantastic. Location is very conveniently located next to a major interstate so very easy to get to the various SD attractions. I think this is probably obvious to anyone renting in this area, but you definitely need a rental car.
