I am going to agree with the majority of the comments that were made in other ratings about how sweet the owner is and how it is a nice house, but the expectation is to wash dishes, but there is no plug for the sink, there is no plug for the bath tub, the parking for a normal size 1500 truck is not there. The house was hard to keep clean, partially I think because it wasn’t fully cleaned when we got there. I’m not sure if it needs a deep cleaning and paint or what but it seemed grimy and just normal dirt from being outside was everywhere easily. There is also minimal cell service in the house, we had to constantly go outside to get cell service. I am aware if I asked for some of the things it probably would have been brought (she did bring garbage bags for us) but honestly when we got back to the house most days we were exhausted. Some of the additional fees that can be assessed (not listed on Vrbo only in the guidebook) are a little ridiculous as well seeing how the neighborhood itself isn’t super quiet, you can hear planes right on top of you and dogs barking consistently throughout the night.
