The location is excellent - could not have been better! It is close to all venues, such as the zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla, and Coronado. As far as the unit, it is laid out well and has a wonderful balcony, with a spectacular view. However, it is fairly dated and the living space is not as beautiful as it appeared in the listing pictures. There is an amusement park near the unit, so if you walk on the boardwalk toward the rides, it gets extremely busy with bikes and scooters. If you are looking for a relaxing walk, you won’t find it that direction, unless it is early in the morning. We walked the opposite direction from the rides and it was far more relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the unit but would have preferred a more updated living space.

Bright and pretty, this place is an awesomeValue with great views. Our teenagers loved the bunk room and we loved our spacious primary bedroom and the patio. Comes well equipped with beach chairs and towels and boogie boards. Management was great to work with. Would love to go back!

Condo is in a great location! Parking was not as hard as I thought it would be although the garage is really a one car garage if you plan to close the door. We were lucky though and able to find street parking. The kids room was large and perfect for the 4 kids we brought, could easily fit 6. The guest room was a decent size and shares a bathroom with the kids. Upstairs was beautiful! The master bedroom and bath were comfortable and large. All the bedrooms have great fans and I loved the sound machine in the master room. Kitchen was very small to work in but has everything you need to cook and is open so it makes the layout great for everyone to hang out. Deck over looks the ocean and the big grassy area by Belmont Park. We threw my sons birthday party at the plunge and it was so easy to walk over. I loved the house. I'd say the only negative was we couldn't watch the Padres play or anything really because the internet is bad. Hard to care about that when you have great views and places to go but it might matter to some. Overall, it was convenient, fun, beautiful and comfortable. Thank you hosts!

Great location very central

This place was great for two families! The kids room with bunk beds was great! It was equipped with everything you need. Maybe could use a couple pans and cookie sheet. But minor. The location especially for fireworks was amazing to watch over out the balcony. The green space was fun for activities and the beach right there was so nice! A must stay!!

Perfect for our family!

Perfect spot for the whole family. We enjoyed the space,both inside and out. Proximity to beach and Belmont Park made it great for restaurants, activities, and lots of sun!

Great property!

My siblings and I gathered for a long weekend together and stayed at this property. This was a great house. We loved the proximity to the ocean and all that Mission Beach has to offer! The kitchen was clean and had enough dishes and utensils. The outside patio was really nice. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay here, our group was comfortable and you cant beat this location. Beach is less than one block away. The condo provides plenty of beach chair, umbrellas, and towels (found in bunk room). One note it doesn't have AC, however we stayed during a "heat wave" and were comfortable. I would return.

DON'T DO IT!

Host will enter property multiple times without notice or consent and try and act like he's doing you a favor. Mold in the bathrooms. Ants everywhere, counter tops, beds, vanities. Alive and dead! Book elsewhere, you'll be happy you did!

Perfect Location, Great Layout & Wonderful Service

This location can't be beat! Close to everything! We loved the lay-out of the unit: our 4 boys loved the bunkroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner and rental company were extremely helpful with our questions and accommodating our changing needs. Couldn't speak higher of their customer service and quick response times! Will definitely keep on our list of places to return. Thank you!!

All that was advertised and more!

My two teenage boys and my husband and I enjoyed this stay so much! The ocean view was fantastic and there was a nicely kept green park right beneath us. Farther down was Belmont Park and we heard the Happy sounds of children in the breeze… as well my boys could wander over to the park anytime of day or night. Finally there was the beach and the waves just steps away. The location could not have been more perfect for us. Very relaxing and peaceful vacation!

The property was great but our check-in time was delayed by owner and there was a different code needed for each door and gate and none of them worked. After several calls back and forth, we were finally give one code which made things much easier. The views were great. Property was clean but there were ants in almost every room and they were definitely a problem in the kitchen. Despite all that, would consider coming back.

Home away from home

We stayed here for five nights and we don’t wanna leave. The view from the balcony/grill area was amazing. It was on the third floor. The master bedroom was on the top floor with the kitchen living room area, and the children’s bedrooms were down stairs which is an amazing idea! No thumping from little kids feet! We would like to stay here again for sure it was just wonderful and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need. Excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful location, who could ask for more? We Will be back!

Great Location! Hosts Amazing.

Condo is two condos away from beach a skip and hop to beach. Which was great. Condo was clean and had all amenities needed. Beach towels, beach accessories, kitchen essentials and comfy beds. Julie is absolutely so pleasant to work with. Great place! Our family throughly enjoyed our stay:)

Perfect location, gorgeous home!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It’s gorgeous. Me and my family loved it, walking distance to the beach and bay and Belmont Park. The owners thought of everything and fully stocked the place with everything you can think of. Plenty of room for my family of 8. Will definitely be going back.
