Clean, quaint, and beautiful unit. Great location!! The staff was over the top hospitable. I would rent from them for a getaway in a heartbeat.

Perfect

We were in the area for a conference at the Catamaran. It was booked and we needed to find somewhere close. I think we had a better time at this rental than those at the resort. Perfect walking distance to the resort stores the beach and the bay. Clean and so nice to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Perfect week away

Location, weather, and apt were great. My only regret is I didn’t ask about direct view of the water….the photos I saw were for two other units & I mistook for our unit. Everything was in walking distance and that was great.

Perfect Location for Beach Getaway

We had a lovely weeklong stay at this bayside villa. It’s right next to the Catamaran resort so we took advantage of their happy hour and their spa which is less than 100 steps away. We started every morning with a walk along the bay to go get coffee and breakfast in the old Mission Beach business district. And the Pacific Beach restaurants and shops are a quick half mile walk north. When we weren’t out exploring, we enjoyed staying in the Villa, sitting on the patio, and relaxing. It was very comfortable and stocked with everything you need, and then some. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great Place in San Diego

We were visiting San Diego for the first time with our eight year old, and arrived very late at night. Getting in was easy, and the hosts left a really nice basket that helped so much with our first morning! The bed and the pull out were comfy. Bring in walking distance of the bay, beach, and restaurants made our stay really wonderful. One of the best STRs we’ve stayed in anywhere!

Great little getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay along with our dog. The location is perfect and the garage was a huge plus. Would recommend for a small family.

Perfect location for us

We loved the location, everything was so close and anything that wasn't we just Uber'd so didn't need a car. It felt very safe, clean, updated, lots going on while still being a family friendly area. We will be back!!

Home away from Home

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. Big plus for garage parking. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a very relaxing time.

Amazing place to stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my Wife. Walking distance to everything, perfect location. The garage was an amazing bonus. Wish we were able to grille, but the gas was out in the neighborhood the weekend we were there. The kitchen was amazing though. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Cute upstairs unit!

We loved this little house. No one is below you so you don’t have to worry about walking softly. You have a peekaboo view of the bay because of all the greenery around. The open ocean is just a few houses away the other direction.

Great house, great host, great location!

This was a great experience with Bluewater Vacation Homes and this property. The house is in great shape and everything is like new. The description is accurate and the garage is a must for Mission Beach. We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome basket that had all the essentials in it: everything from snacks to shaving cream and deodorant! Thanks BVH! The location is top notch with steps from the bay and cross the street to get to the ocean. The patio is where we spent most of our time and we actually used the outside grill once. The whole experience was a pleasure. Bluewater checked on us a couple of times to ensure our comfort. Highly satisfied! Highly recommended!
