Nice and comfortable home. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The outdoor living space was amazing. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and you are able to go on a walk if you would like. And there is convenient shops, dining, and groceries within a mile.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s quiet, with a lovely backyard patio pool spa. Lots of space on the inside for different age groups, different activities. Everything needed to cook good meals is right there. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. And everything is so clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Excellent for a short or long stay. Plenty of room to spread out, and everything we needed to relax for a few days. The pool is definitely the highlight, despite it being a bit chilly during our visit (as expected). The spa warmed up quickly and was plenty hot. The house had everything we needed to cook indoors and grill outdoors. The host/property management company was very communicative and responded quickly when we had a question. It's close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores (less than 15 minutes for all of these). Our only complaint was that the neighborhood was quite noisy at night for a neighborhood that specifies strict quiet hours. We expected road noise from the major road close by, but the noise from the neighbors (motorcycles and loud cars) was pretty bad a couple of nights. Otherwise it's a fantastic spot for anyone visiting the area. It's only about 30 minutes from the house to downtown San Diego. We had a great stay!

Overall great property, location was decent. The house is about 30 mins from everything including the beach, downtown, and other activities. Only down fall was there wasn’t very many blankets and comforters available for our large group but we made it work.

Home was just as pictured! Beautiful property with plenty of space and convenient location! My friends and I came for a flag football tournament and were able to come and go and venture to local attractions with ease. Nearby food marts and pharmacies came in handy! Very happy with our stay

Graduation Weekend

Check in was simple. The house is nice but I just wish there was a shower in the main floor.The neighborhood is great. Roomy enough for up to 10 people. The bedrooms are comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Wish we stayed longer. Thank you for having us as your guest.

This house has everything! Pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, yard, toys, tvs, awesome kitchen! Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Wonderful hospitality!

Great Stay

This is a wonderful property with plenty of room for family and friends to gather. It has great kitchen, family, and outdoor spaces. The bedrooms are very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and property management was very responsive. Only complaints would be some better kitchen pots for cooking and replacing the bathroom curtain. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here.

Clean but a bit disappointing

The house is clean, spacious, and well stocked. Great backyard layout! Our big disappointment: The listing says the pool is solar heated which implies that an additional heating source, powered by the sun, like a pool cover or solar powered heater would be in use. We specifically booked this property because of listing, knowing the weather would be a little cool. When I contacted the property manager they replied that it’s heated by the sun. While we realize that TECHNICALLY that is solar heat there is a reason the other pools aren’t listing themselves as heated unless there is additional heating source (solar tarp or solar powered heater) to the sun. That was a huge disappointment. We were able to enjoy the spa. If you like games, bring your own. 1/3 of the games are missing too many pieces to actually play. Again, the property is clean but the misleading listing and pictures just created disappointment that wouldn’t have been there if they were accurate.

Practically Perfect

Spacious, beautiful, super clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. Just one mile from my daughter’s family this was a wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving. Pool and hot tub were a nice plus. Great side yard and fire pit. The grill was huge! Close to shopping. Will return!

Beautiful home with a cold swimming pool.

The home is beautiful no complaints at all. However, they advertise that it is a heated pool. It is solar heated and was cold all three days of our stay. The hot tub was warm and the pool was cold. We did not get to enjoy the back yard as we had hoped.

Great Home

We loved this place! The home was very clean and the backyard was beautiful. The sofa had reclining features which was great after a long day. The neighborhood was located near everything. If you need to make a quick run to the gas station to fill up just drive up the road. Seaworld was just 25 minutes away and legoland was about 30 minutes so it wasnt too bad of a drive for us after the parks. The washer and dryer worked fine and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also got a text from the property manager asking if there was anything we needed which i thought was nice. Great property and quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Great for outdoor entertaining

We loved the convenience of this Vrbo. Only 30-min from most popular spots in San Diego. The backyard is gorgeous with a pool, spa, fire pit, lawn area and tons of outdoor seating under well strung market lights. The home is well equipped with everything we needed to entertain our family and friends. And we enjoyed the toys and pack & play for our little ones. Highly recommend this location

Tournament /Vacation home

We really enjoyed this home, it had everything we needed and more. We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to book this property for 12 of us. The pool came in handy as the two litle ones we drag to the tournaments needed to feel as they were on vacation. My only complaint would be that the recycle was not picked up so unfortunately we had to throw everything into the garbage bin but other than that, we really enjoyed the property.
