Fue una muy desagradable experiencia !!!!!
El personal en general son muy poco amigables . Nuestra estancia de 6 adultos 4 niños y 1 bebe no fue NADA placentera con una mujer que nos recibió horrible a nuestra llegada, desgraciadamente no le pedi su nombre , pero fue el 29 de diciembre del 2022 en la tarde/noche. Todos los días cambian de personal y de atención al cliente. Creo que es muy importante el gerente de servicio porque en este hotel de Marriott encontramos gente de servicio en el desayuno de mal humor y de pésimo servicio al cliente , sobre todo en el, desayuno que puedo calificar sin exagerar de malo a pésimo Elegimos este hotel por las buenas reseñas pero seguramente las hicieron fuera de la temporada alta. De 3 elevadores solo servia uno ¡ SIEMPRE usamos las escaleras …fue lo mas practico Ya habíamos utilizado hoteles de la cadena de Marriot en california antes pero esta experiencia fue muy negativa. No pensamos volver

La habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa. La ubicación es muy buena y el costo por el estacionamiento bastante razonable para la zona. El personal muy amable.

Hermoso hotel. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Todo en exelentes condiciones y super limpio. Habitaciones hermosas y espaciosas. Cocinas muy comodas. Desayuno espcial. El mejor de los desayunos de todos los hoteles a los que he visitado y tienen desayuno incluido. Lo recomiendo muchoooo!!!

We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom suite with our family. Facility was clean, quiet and safe. The kids enjoyed the pool but we wished there was a jacuzzi too.
