A dedicated stand-up desk is positioned to take full advantage of the incredible water views, making working from home both productive and inspiring. The spacious primary bedroom features generous closet space and a private en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to a second full bathroom.
The building itself enhances the experience with resort-style amenities, including a bayfront swimming pool, spa, and expansive lounge and tanning areas overlooking the water. It also offers a common shared BBQ on the pool deck! • Parking: 1 underground garage parking space is included and best suited for a mid-size SUV. Additional street parking is available nearby.
• Elevator building; the condo is located on the 4th floor.
• Building Amenities: Shared bayfront swimming pool, spa, and lounge/tanning areas. Amenities are for registered guests only and subject to availability and posted community rules.
• Bayfront Access: Step directly from the building onto the sandy shores of Mission Bay and the scenic walking and biking path. You will need a provided key to re enter the building.
• Plumbing Notice: The plumbing in this building is extremely sensitive. Please keep the strainer cover on all drains and the disposal at all times. Do not put anything down the toilet or disposal—including food scraps, grease, or non-flushable items—as this may cause serious damage and charges.
• Trash & Recycling: Trash builds up quickly, and the building is charged if bins overflow. Guests are required to recycle all bottles, cans, and food scraps. Food scraps must be placed in the compost bin located under the sink and disposed of in the appropriate bins. All cardboard must be broken down. Large boxes must be taken to an off-site disposal location.
• Master Access Key: A master key is provided for beach and pool access. If this key is lost, the locks must be rekeyed at the guest’s expense.
• Baby Items: Pack n’ play and high chair are available for rent at $25 each plus tax.
• Guest Verification: As part of our standard verification process, guests are required to sign an additional agreement and verify ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).
• Payment Terms: Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
