The entire house was very clean and beautifully and comfortably appointed in all areas. There was excellent communication with the host and they were kindly accommodating with our last minute request to have our dogs stay with us. The host provided everything necessary for a great stay while in town for a wedding …which made it a wonderfully stress free celebration! 5 STARS!

This was my 50th bday weekend. I had the time of my life. I was able to spend time with friends and family and enjoy each others company. The house enabled us all to create many magical moments of being together. We are all very grateful for the beautiful hot tub, jacuzzi, outdoor space, it was delightful. The living spaces allowed us to take wonderful photos, that we will cherish for a lifetime. We are eternally grateful for such a wonderful experience

The place was great for me and my family. There was more than enough room for all of us. Everything was clean and the views of the ocean were magnificent. The only criticism is in the master bedroom, we couldn’t figure out how to draw the blind in order to use the shower.

Nice House, Great Location

We enjoyed this house very much. The view was great and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. There is no bathroom on the main level and there are only 6 chairs at the table, not great if you have more than that for dinner. Communication with the property manager was great. We were able to add on an another day to our stay. And they answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Amazing Home, Amazing Rental Company

We rented this home for a couples getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. Clean. Bright. 2 blocks from the beach. We had a fantastic stay but most of why I’m sharing this review is to say how easy, friendly and responsive 710 Rentals is. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for a San Diego staycation

We rented this 4 bedroom house to celebrate my 60th birthday while having family and friends come by and stay a night or two. It was perfect. We live in San Diego and know it well. This ended up being a perfect house for entertaining. I had asked to preview it, and was told no….but it does look exactly like the pictures. Prop Mgmt returned ,my texts right away. Only issues were that it took forever to heat the water for the shower in the master bedroom. And, the neighbor from behind came down when we were in the jacuzzi, at 4pm on a Sunday, telling us to turn off the radio. But there are a ton of things I loved about this house. The master being the full 3rd floor. It was a really comfortable house. Some nights we just chilled and watched tv, some nights we watched the sunset. We used the BBQ, jacuzzi, and the parking is super easy in front of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and a wonderful center to the house. It’s a very open floor plan. No issue with the person living on property, in fact we never saw her. Great 2 block walk to ocean path. Great walking from there too. This was a really great rental. I will probably do it again next year. Thanks.. Ps…they even located one puzzle piece I lost and sent it to me the next day. 5 star rental

If you are searching for a terrific place, book this now! Our son received a rank promotion (Sargeant) in the US Marine Corps and we stayed for the weekend. A great location with minimal noise, clean and great views! We also did S'mores on the beach (Mission Beach) and went to LaJolla to go kayaking! Our host was incredible - very prompt in answering my questions and gave us terrific recommendations. We had a terrific time and will be returning!
