We all enjoyed staying here. Very spacious and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the ping pong table/ video game. Beautiful lake nearby to walk or bike around. . Overall, very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend and we would love to come back!

This house was amazing . Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a couple family members and a couple friends. They have all things available to make your stay a memorable one. They are very responsive . Beautiful house with all the amenities. Worth every penny . Would definitely consider going back . Highly recommend this home

Excellent communication with host. The house was incredibly clean and had all the supplies we needed. Quiet neighborhood - great for our stay for family of 5. The hosts were incredibly helpful after we had a small issue with the A/C (which was fixed very quickly). Their quick attention to the matter was so appreciated!

Great Property!

Stayed at this property with a group of 10 and it was so spacious! The backyard was amazing! Firetable, pool with inflatables, hot tub, backyard games, and lots of seating. The host was great at communicating with us and very prompt to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautil space

The reason I marked down at all was the checking in, getting it paid for and ensuring I received security deposit back. But I did get through the process. They were good to respond to issues we noticed on check in so we would not be held responsible. We did not use pool, or any outside things, but would if circumstances would have been different because it was beautiful. The place is fairly well stocked.And clean. One warning...the shower in the second bathroom is extremely slick when wet...kind of dangerous. The beds are very comfortable and have I mentioned...the home was so clean. It was very nicely decorated as well. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Lots of places around it for whatever the need. I will consider again for future trips.

New Year Vacation Rental

We rented this place to spend the new year with family. It was easy to check in, and communications and instructions were somewhat clear. We got upset for a moment because the ad says four bedrooms, but when we received the confirmation email, it seemed like it was a three-bedroom house; the instructions failed to say that the fourth bedroom is in the garage, and the Vrbo staff did not share that detail as well. My daughter discovered it when she went to explore the garage. The home is beautiful, clean, and organized. The house was frigid at night. Even though we adjusted the thermostat to 72 degrees heat, we believe the schedule took over and made the house cold at night. We also found some broken dishes, which were reported right away. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the game room was fun, and we loved hanging out in the backyard next to the fire pit.

Loved!

We had a great time staying at this property which has the most amazing outdoor space with a pool, dining table, grill, fire pit, jazuzzi, as well as a beautiful garden / landscaping. The house has everything you need and is conveniently located to many of San Diego’s favorite attractions. Coronado is about a 25-min drive, the zoo is about a 20-min drive, Mission and Pacific beach abd Seaworld are also about 20 mins out, etc. We used WalMart delivery for groceries as well as DoorDash with no issues. My 7-year-old had a blast in the pool and was sad to leave it behind. :) We’ll be back on our next road trip to SD! :)

Unprofessional

Booked this place in February and confirmed with host two days before our reservation that we were set to go. The host then Cancelled on us at 730pm the night before we were supposed to check in with no heads up and no explanation. Got a generic message that said we were cancelled and to expect a refund in 15 days! I tried to call host number 3x, first one went to voicemail and last two went to a disconnected line. I also message Host and she messaged back that she was trying to find us a new place and nothing after that. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, unprofessional and disappointing. Especially because we were there for my daughter’s college graduation and had the house for our family and the grandparents. Had to scramble for a new place that would house a big group the night before was stressful and then I had to deal with making sure we were refunded promptly. Do not stay here.

Would definitely come back!

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and this one was definitely our favorite! They have thought of everything you may need / want at the house. The communication was great - very responsive and thoughtful. Everything was clean and convenient. Getting into the house was super easy. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Close to grocery, restaurants, gas, etc. Our kids are 3 & 6 and did not want to leave! They loved the pool and hot tub and the bunk beds. In laws came along too and they said they would also love to come back. Thank you so much Casey for a beautiful vacation to escape the cold in MN! 😊

Excellent stay near San Diego

The property was clean and organized, and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was well cared for and had dinning options and shopping nearby. Great location near San Diego.
