All Comforts of home.

My family and I just stayed at this residence for three nights and had a very positive experience. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing! Just feet from the ocean. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great Beach House!

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect little beach house. Steps to the beach and super close to airport and all fun attractions (Seaworld, Legoland, Zoo). Manager also very accessible and great communication. Would definitely recommend or stay again. Thank you!

Very convenient beach house

Great and convenient location, property management seems organized and easy to communicate with. I wish there were more basic amenities for the price point - things like hair drier, cleaner and functional lawn chairs and beach gears, bath soap instead of a bar of soap, acres to tv subscriptions(Netflix,Hulu)etc. Otherwise we did not have any problem with our stay

Very Nice Home.

The house is newly renovated, and very well maintained inside and out. Close to the beach, restaurants. There's water main replacement work going on in the street adjacent to the house, so you may be affected by construction noise and traffic.

Good stay, mostly

The location of the property is excellent, with its close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and Belmont Park; but I will not stay at this property again or one ran by this property management company. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. If you need to get any computer work done while staying here, plan to use a hotspot as the wifi is poor. Right before our stay I received an email from the property management company letting us know air conditioning has been installed, but instead of just letting us know of this new amenity, they stated we should tell them how many days we use it as they will charge us an extra $25/day for its use. We didn't use the AC, but I found this ridiculous. If you book and are picking up supplies, you only get 3 rolls of toilet paper, even if you are a family of 5 staying for a week, so plan accordingly.

Charming Beach Retreat

This beach bungalow delivered as advertised - a lovely, updated oasis that maintains its vintage charm! The location is excellent, close (very walkable) to the excitement of Belmont Park and Mission Beach shops/ restaurants, while at the same time having quiet nights. My tweens were in heaven. We enjoyed our meals in the courtyard with a beach view and plenty of space. The private parking spot and laundry are much appreciated, added amenities!

A few wrinkles but worth it

The cleaner left us the wrong key so we had to wait about 45 minutes for the right key. They only left 3 rolls of TP for 6 people for 5 nights. We had to run to a store. There weren't any cookie sheets to bake food on. The BBQ needs to be thrown out, it is unusable. IT would be so much easier for entry if there was a code on the door. We didn't want to take the key to the beach. Lastly , the TV didn't work. One issue that can't be helped is that the planes from the airport start taking off at 6:30 exactly every morning. You may need ear plugs or you can just get up and go for a walk. Other than that we loved it. No shoes needed to get to the beach, it literally is that close. Neighbors were great. Sara's taco shop was the best! Close enough to the shops and Belmont and far enough away to miss the crowds.

Beach with Kids

The house was in a great location about 50 feet from the beach, it was clean, updated, had everything we needed. They layout of the house was functional and convenient (eg: wash sand off with the hose before entering the bathroom to change to avoid getting sand all over the house.) washer and dryer was a must have for us and was easy to use. Close to lots of food, take out, and activities. Mission Beach can get a bit loud on the weekends with parties and such, so if you’re wanting absolute quiet, might not be a great choice, but the house and renting experience was great for us!

Great for Family Vacation

This beach house was just what we wanted for our family vacation. It is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to Belmount park. It was a quick, easy drive into San Diego to visit the zoo and other sites.
