Stay overall was great. The home was clean and listing pictures were accurate. Walk to the bay was short and so easy with kids. Parking is a pain but overall our stay was great.

Great atmosphere

Nice place—renovated recently. Only negative was garage not big enough for our midsize suv. Parking on july4 weekend not easy. Patio was nice after a long day. House amenities were very thoughtful

This was a turn-key vacation rental, and steps from the Bay, we did not interact with the host, but the communication from the management company was super Clear! Also, the Garage would not fit our SUV so bring a smaller car. Would love to rent again, should we be in the area

Great trip. loved the place. host was responsive. if you have a car larger than a compact plan on walking to overnight parking but you walk past restaurants and market so made it convenient.

Cutest neighborhood near the beach!

Enjoyed a weekend here with girlfriends! The beds were comfy and we loved having three bathrooms. The neighborhood is so cute and an easy walk to the beach and bay. Property managers were super responsive when we reached out with questions. We couldn't get the fire pit to work which was a bummer.

Great place to stay with family

My family and I spent 4 days in this rental over fall break. We had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, so we were able to make all of our meals. It's very spacious, so there was plenty of room for all 5 of us to be comfortable. It was easy to get to ocean side of Mission to enjoy the beach, but located on the bay side, so a bit quieter. I would definitely recommend for families.

Wonderful home

We stayed here with our adult children and one grandchild. The house is in a great location and very convenient to either Mission Bay or the ocean. There are a lot of great food options nearby, and the Mission Market was well stocked for random items we forgot. The house had everything we needed for cooking in a few times, as well as more than enough items like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap (many places just furnish the bare minimum, but we didn't run out of anything the entire week!). The outside patio was lovely and we spent a lot of time there. The fire pit was a nice touch and the grill worked great. There were only two small issues. First, the master bed makes very loud creaking/groaning noises when you move or roll over, which isn't that big of a deal but a little annoying. Second, the parking is pretty tight, but that is the case everywhere in Mission Beach. Neither of these things would keep us from staying here again, just for information purposes. The property manager responded promptly to all requests and I would highly recommend this home!!!

Great house. Great location. We really enjoyed it.

The house was just as it looked in the pictures. Clean & well maintained. It was less than a minute walk to the beaches on either side (bay or ocean). Lots of beach toys in the garage. Our kids absolutely loved it. And the BBQ & A/C worked great. If I had to be picky, the only thing that proved difficult was fitting a mini-van inside the garage. It's very tight. But we got it in there. Just make sure to fold your side view mirrors in. And the next door neighbor REALLY doesn't like it if you pull in front of her walkway near the garage. But after she made a few colorful comments from her balcony, she went back into her place. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

everything about this property was great. I contacted the property management to see if we could store our luggage in the garage before check-in time as our flights arrived that morning and we couldn’t take our luggage along to the activities we planned. I didn’t get a response, otherwise they hit five stars in the other categories. Great proximity to the beach, there were beach chairs, boogie boards,, beach toys and towels provided. Loved the grill, fire pit and furniture on the patio. We definitely would stay there again and recommend it to larger families

Truly Bayside!!

We enjoyed the waterfront/Bay activity from our sitting area & dining room. Glass wall of windows retract to allow the breeze in! The kitchen was well stocked for 6 adults, good quality bedding, a bath for each bedroom. Quiet spot with quick access to all of San Diego.

Perfect vacation spot

Our 5 person family had plenty of space to spread out here during our 3 days. Awesome outdoor patio w/table - love the hanging lights at night! (although we couldn't get the gas fire pit to light). Short walk to beach and bay, and it was really nice to have beach towels w/ a couple chairs and a canopy tent. Parking was interesting for our big SUV, but two lots are both within .5 mile. Short walk to the local market, coffee place, and a couple restaurants - definitely try Sara's takeout Mexican! Highly recommend this place for a family.
