Stayed for a few days for a birthday getaway. Great location, walkable to the beach and just about anything else you might want. Property is roomy, clean, and well managed, and the hosts are very communicative.There were some parties nearby while I was there, but nothing really out of the ordinary for a Saturday night in a tourist-heavy area. Just something to be aware of if you're looking for total peace and quiet. I wasn't, so it wasn't really a problem. Overall I'd definitely recommend. I was there with one other person and it felt like we had a ton of space. Probably way more than we really needed. It's definitely well suited for traveling with a family or a group.

Fabulous Vacation

We stayed at this townhome for an action-packed week in mid-November. It was an excellent location -just a short two block walk to Grand Avenue & Pacific Beach to the west and a short walk to Mission Bay as well. Having garage parking in such a prime location was extremely nice to have. The house was clean with an very good layout. We have used VRBO for many family vacations and we can say that the level of communication with the homeowner was the best that we have ever experienced. We appreciated the attention to detail and the notes/recommendations on things to do in the area.We ensured that we drove across San Diego during non peak periods to avoid traffic and our drive to-and-from the townhouse was relatively quick. Going to Balboa Park, downtown and even Coronado Island or Point Loma was roughly 20 minutes.We would highly recommend this townhome and we would not hesitate in returning there on our next trip to San Diego. Dream multi-age family vacation 💕

We had the most amazing time in this vacation home. Very good, cozy location. Not a lot of road noise or noisy neighbors. We had ages ranging from 1.5- 59yrs. Stairs were very safe inside & big enough for alone time. Loved the crib & double stroller for walks to the beach. BBQ was a plus, had to light one side manually but worked great. Kitchen could use oven mits & more drinking glasses but otherwise well stocked. Lots of kid books & some toys. High chair was a huge help. Double bed was a little squeaky but entire home was still amazing and fun. Great air conditioning and location. Thanks!

Great location, family-friendly amenities

We loved our stay here for a family vacation with our 4.5 and 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for our family, and we especially loved the kid-friendly touches like pack n play with comfy mattress, kids books and beach toys, and best of all the double stroller, which we took to the zoo, Legoland, and for strolls around the neighborhood, to get coffee, etc. The location is super walkable to the beach, which ended up being our kids favorite activity despite all our bigger outings! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location to friends!

Fun and Fabulous

Great trip and an amazing place to stay. Very safe neighborhood that is close to the beach. We had an awesome trip. Townhome has very nice accommodations and top of the line housing items to use. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great house and location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The convenience of all of the kids things that they had was very helpful! We didn’t have to worry about bringing a stroller, beach towels, wagon, or toys! It is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and a great coffee shop! I definitely recommend this house and would stay there again!

Great stay in Pacific Beach / San Diego

A wonderful stay at this premier property. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough space. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Check in was a breeze. Having the garage was also a plus, though very tight to park a midsize SUV (HIghlander) in there. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice place, comfortable and convenient.

I was traveling with a colleague for a conference nearby. Just a short walk from the conference center, beach and restaurant. It is a nice amped comfortable place. Two bedrooms with en-suite baths upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs made this very comfortable.

Cute house, perfect distance from the beach

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house is cute and had pretty much everything you could ask for or more. It was easy to book and the property manager checked on us asking if we needed anything to make things better. We look forward to coming back again.

Great location!

Fantastic place for a family of 4-6, walking distance to the beach and shops, has a garage with beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon, the place has a bbq(didn’t use it) and a crib for an infant. Also, communicating with the owner was easy. Would highly recommend!

Great Base Camp for San Diego Adventures

Our family of four (two elementary aged kids, two adults) enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Our two-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, access to beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, etc.), and garage parking. This is a smaller townhouse complex that is conveniently located three blocks away from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. We found this location to be very convenient with easy access to many San Diego attractions.

Great Location and Great Vacation

This was a fantastic location for our stay in San Diego! The layout of the house and what was provided made our time there really comfortable. Having a garage was a real bonus as well. Nice place to stay and close to beach and bay.

The property was nice and clean. It is in a very good location, just a couple blocks to the beach. The only drawback was only having enough dishware for 4 people and we could never find the dish rags for the kitchen.
