The property was exactly as advertised! The location is on a very quiet street and only 2 short bliocks to the beach. For those traveling with small children, the front yard is fenced which allowed the kids some crawling around space. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a large table for having family meals. The family room was very spacious, and we appreciated the legos and toys that were available for the kids. The garage had EVERYTHING you might need for a an outing with kids: two child strolllers, single jogging strollers, boogie boards, beach chairs,etc. The communication from the owners was outstanding and we hope to stay again next year!

All the great reviews you see are accurate. Its a great location. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants / grocery store. The communication was the best I've ever experienced on VRBO. The host is a true PRO. Check-in and check out are handled as well as possible.I spent a while trying to find the best location in our budget and this surpassed expectations. The house was clean and had alot of amenities! The neighborhood is also safe and clean. Really great experience all around.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing time staying here. Our kids and us were able to walk to the beach, which was phenomenal. They have a wagon with sand toys which was phenomenal! It saved us time and money for not having to purchase more that we inevitably try to cram into a suitcase. The house itself was also phenomenal, well kept, beds super comfortable and couches great. The kitchen was well stocked (if you can't find the silverware do look in the cabinet, or in the rack that is tiny but pulls out at the top of the dishwasher). My in-laws were able to chill and relax while we took our kids to SeaWorld and LegoLand. We were also able to walk to some restaurants and bars in the evening, while my inlaws stayed with our kids, which would have been much harder if we weren't so perfectly located. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s a very nice house in a great location. The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was less furnished than described on the listing (things broken or missing over time); however, the property managers were extremely responsive and dropped off different missing items throughout our stay. The property managers are highly invested in making sure you have a great stay. We would stay again!

Love this place!

We love it here! This was our second stay and it was wonderful! They provide what you need for your whole family. We have a small child and twin toddlers and they provided everthing we needed so we didn't have to pack and take it on the plane with us. It's a game changer for our family travels and we love how close it is to everything we wanted to do and close enough to just walk to the beach. Love it!

Perfect PB Family Vaca townhome!

Stayed here for a family summer vaca with our 12 & 15 year old kids. House was very clean, nice furnishings and has all the extras-appliances, paper products, shampoo, and beach gear. They have a nice selection of toys/beach stuff, as well as books, baby gear, etc that we would have been so thankful for when our kids were younger. It’s all here-just come and relax! The bedrooms were nice sized, and we loved having 2.5 bathrooms. Location is perfect-super close to the beach & tons of shops, restaurants, and a huge grocery store just blocks away for anything you might want. However, it’s far enough off the main beach party area in a neighborhood so nice and quiet, with beautiful landscaping and a convenient garage. We always felt safe walking around here, and home/garage seem secure. Hosts were AMAZING - communication was always prompt and thorough, they really made us feel welcome in this home and cared for with any questions we had. Would definitely love to stay here again with these hosts and in this home. It was so easy and lovely! Thank you for being a part of our family vacation 2024!

Family trip to Pacific Beach

We had a great time visiting the PB and La Jolla area. Excellent location and very walkable to the beach and other convenient venues. This house is setup well for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Very nice space on a beautiful quiet street

My wife and I just wanted a place for my daughter and her daughter for a couple days at the beach. We could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes and along the way there was a Ralph's, a coffee place and any number of restaurants right on the Beachwalk. The house was very nice. It had everything we needed. including a wagon to carry out tired five year-old granddaughter from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and really sitting on the front porch looking at the other nice homes was very relaxing and would bring me back again.

GREAT STAY

Our trip to Pacific Beach was perfect. The VRBO was perfect also. We were a party of 6. 4 adults and 2 children. All family members. The place was very clean which was my top priority. It had many amenities like beach , toys, boogie boards, kid life jacket, beach wagon, umbrella and stroller. The kitchen had decent pans, knives, dishes, coffee makers, blender and much more. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this was by far the best. Easy check in and quick communication with the owner and property manager. Did I say great location... I hope to visit again soon.

Cozy Pacific Beach Location!

This house is as advertised. It is very close to the beach with easy walking path. Close to Woody’s for morning breakfast or Ralph’s for groceries. Felt safer than other stays directly on the beach and much quieter. Very comfortable and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Place for those with Children

This place was wonderful! We have a toddler and twin babies and they had everything we needed at the house so we didn't have to pack up our whole house to be able to go on vacation. And I mean everything we needed, 2 pack n plays, 2 high chairs, a double stroller. It's within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. And a close driving distance to some great amusement parks. We're already planning our next family vacation with some of our extended family.

Cute, clean & organized home with everything you need.

What I love most about this property is they provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment but even more helpful than that, the garage and cabinet have tons of beach necessities. They had towels, chairs, footballs, frisbees, sand toys, umbrellas and even a wagon to carry it all in. This was a HUGE help for us while packing because all we really needed to bring were clothes. You can walk to both the beach or bay in 5 minutes and there are plenty of fun bars & restaurants walking distance as well. So you really can't beat the location. The only down side is that parking is very tough in that neighborhood, but that's not the property's fault. The garage has one space big enough for a sedan or small SUV, but other than that it is all street parking which can be especially difficult on weekends when the beach is busy. So just plan accordingly. Melina was very helpful throughout the trip and we really appreciated how thorough and detailed the checkin and checkout process was. The house is well labeled and they even have a QR code you can easily scan to get on the wifi. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again!
