This was a beautiful house! It was in a great location - the neighborhood provided lovely scenery for my morning walks (especially that intense hill). There was plenty of space for my family, and we all enjoyed the spectacular view of the bay and the ocean. I was thankful the house had baby gates to help keep my toddler safe from the many stairwells. This was a wonderful trip!

Outstanding place to say for a vacation! This rental is clean, very spacious (easily sleeps 6), outstandingly well equipped (never had such a well furnished kitchen in any rental before!) and a view to kill from 3!!! decks! Even the guitar was in tune (but needs new strings).As of location…it is conveniently located at about 15-20 minutes from pretty much everything in and around San Diego. Groceries at 5 minutes away, Beaches within 10 to 20 minutes, trails to hike, restaurants…everything!Anything that you’d have to consider as a deterrent…if you struggle with stairs, this place is not for you. If you are sensitive to noise (traffic on Rosecrans gets noisy at 0600 and the first departures out of San Diego Lindbergh make themselves well heard at 0631untill about 2300) you may want to look elsewhere. For us, we‘d come back anytime!Communication with NXT was outstanding. Whatever it is, they are very quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Point Loma. The house was a little hard to find because it is tucked in at the end of a lane, but was well worth the effort. The house is very large, has spectacular views from both inside and outside, has multiple outdoor patio spaces, is close to restaurants, stores, and beaches and it served as a terrific home base for our trip. It also comes equipped with nice extras for beach adventures, etc. We highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation - great views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Spectacular views from all decks of the home. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Spa was a nice perk for relaxing in the evenings.

Beautiful Home with an Amazing View!

This beautiful home had everything our family of four needed! We loved having three decks to enjoy the endless views and liked having the jacuzzi to use as well. The house is very spacious. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back for another visit!

Home Away from Home

This property and it’s location is one of the easiest one I’ve done. The property was Amazing and the location was beautiful as the view of the waterfront and marina was fantastic and also calming. The decor was tailored for anyone interested in books and art even those who want to exercise daily. We would love to book this property in the future.

Excellent property and amazing views!

I stayed here for a work trip with my two brothers and another coworker. The host was excellent with communication and even met us at the house for the initial check-in. That was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I quote the group when I say they had the best sleep of their lives! LOL, everything was so comfortable and well-decorated. Balconies on each level and the hot tub were relaxing after work! Overall, everyone in my group said they would stay here again, and that's a big win. Thanks for an amazing stay and great experience!

What a view!

This was an amazing experience! The views from each of the 3 decks looking over the bay were fabulous and stunning, regardless of the time of day! Great communication with Alessandro who was responsive and friendly, addressing any questions we had. The house was clean and well maintained, with generous supplies for our stay. We enjoyed the board games available and the overall vibe of the place was relaxing and serene - exactly what we needed. Also for the folks with an EV, the Liberty Station charging stalls (including Tesla superchargers) are super close - about 0.5 miles away. Would definitely choose this place again next time we’re in San Diego! Thank you to everyone responsible for such a wonderful listing!

Amazing space for family

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location is centrally located, the views are spectacular, and the home itself is comfortable whole also wow-ing. Alessandro and his team were all amazingly communicative and helpful, going out of there way to make the trip be special and fit our family. Hot tub in the top floor, Jacuzzi bath in the master, full kitchen, the house has everything we could need! It had a beach umbrella and beach towels for our days exploring the Pacific, and board games and books for times you are too tired to leave. I am so grateful for the team for giving us such an amazing stay!

Everything about this home was wonderful. Alessandro was amazing and checked in with us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The home is exactly as pictured (actually it is BETTER). We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the views were amazing. We would definitely return again.

Great Location & Beautiful Views

We stayed for four nights. The location, close to Liberty Station, was close to everything. The home has everything you would need and more. The views, especially from the third deck, were stunning. Happened to be there for the blue-moon...fantastic! The Jacuzzi hot tub was an especially favorite feature. And lastly, but not least, was the fantastic customer service provided by Alessandro - absolutely top-notch! I would definitely return to this home on a future visit.

Great home and location

This was a beautiful home with a lot of room in a great location. The check in process was simple. Alessandro greeted us at the home and checked in with us several times while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. The views of the San Diego Bay from the windows and balconies was beautiful. It was nice to unwind by the firepit or in the hot tub after a day of exploring in and around the city. The beds were very comfortable and the home had all of the essentials needed for the 5 days that we were there. The home is in a great loaction. It was a 10 minute drive to almost everything within San Diego, including the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible views, stellar service

We loved every moment of our stay in San Diego on this property. I was a little nervous as it didn't have any reviews at the time of booking but wow, was I blown away! The house is incredible. The view can only truly be understood when you see it in person. It was very clean, great location, beautiful decor, spacious, great internet, lots of things to do in the house and near the house, close to the airport, comfortable beds and the hot tub was awesome!!! Alessandro, who helped us while there, was incredibly responsive, he checked on us several times and we couldn't be happier with our experience. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!! Thank you Alessandro for taking such great care of us!! If I'm ever back in San Diego, we will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing!!

This is an amazing property with a breathtaking view! The house was very clean. It also had everything you would need in the kitchen. It was a smooth and easy check in. Alessandro was amazing at keeping in touch and providing ideas on where to go on a rainy day. Above and beyond. He was great. We would definitely stay at this property again!
