Amazing location a block from the beach. The place is clean and well stocked. The garage is a little tight. We were able to get our rental mini van in, but would have to fold the mirrors in. If you have anything bigger than that you'll have to find street parking which isn't great, especially on the weekends.

The condo is super cute and has everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We were in it almost every night. The location is great! We had no issues with fitting our mini van in the garage. The best part was the quick responses from the property manager for anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable location, great extras

We really enjoyed our stay just after Christmas this year. The unit is literally steps to the beach, and a large private hot tub. Lots of room in the unit itself, and the kitchen was very well stocked. So nice to also have beach chairs available for comfortable beach going.

Excellent stay

Stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in December. Lovely property, spacious, light and airy. Very clean. Kitchen well-equipped. There were lots of nice touches like snacks and bottles of cider provided, as well as plenty of delicious coffee pods for the coffee machine. There were even wash poufs in the bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. Easy to check in. Not too many "chores" to do before checking out. The host responded to my texts very quickly and let us go early and leave our luggage in the garage several hours before check in time. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego.

Pre-Xmas San Diego Visit

Came to Mission Beach prior to leaving for a Mexican vacation from Tijuana. Visited family and enjoyed the Mission Beach area. Everything was walkable and)or convenient and the owner was super responsive if any questions arose during our visit. Appreciated the snacks and coffee available to us. Winter Trip to San Diego Area

My family and I stayed here for our winter trip to the San Diego area. It met our needs perfectly. The bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for our toddler to sleep in. The upstairs area was perfect for my wife and I to spend time together after we put our kid to bed. We utilized the private patio and hot tub even though the weather was cool in December. The location was great with access to the beach, Belmont Park, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely condo

This place was perfect! So close to the beach without being directly on it. It had everything we could need while staying there. Loved using the hot tub! It was easy to access and communication with the property manager was great too! She replied quickly each time. We were supposed to bring our kids along but it didn’t work out but there was plenty of room for at least 4 ppl. Access to tv and board games too!

Great property, great location

Great property. Very clean. Steps to the beach. It was nice not being right on the beach where it was so busy. Literally 30 or 40 steps and you’re on the sand. Location is right by Belmont park, which is a great spot for rides and games. Restaurants also close. Having a 1 car garage is a game changer. Ford Edge rental fit perfectly. Just do your homework and make sure your car is under 90” wide with mirrors. Beds are very firm- just be aware. Some people prefer that. Unit was very well stocked with lots of extra condiments, coffee, utensils, etc. Garage had 6-7 beach chairs that were really nice. Plus a couple sand umbrellas. Boogie boards were really high quality and we had a blast in the ocean every day. For the most part it was also very quiet at night. Unit isn’t brand new but great quality and value for the price.
