Home was as expected from photos. Beautiful natural light and well equipped in the kitchen to handle light meals/mostly breakfast. Host was responsive and location was great for walking to beach and local restaurants. Would stay again!

The property was very central to all we wanted to do while in San Diego. Checking in and out was easy. All info concerning the rental was accurate and helpful, especially the parking and garage info.We especially liked the little extras re beach equipment, very helpful for the kids.Would rent again.

Great place to enjoy bay and beach.

Loved the layout, daylight, garage, SUPs and access to both the bay and the beach! Also some good coffee shops, market and food short walk away. Only downside was being in the flight path of the airport but very minor issue.

Great time in Mission Bay

Despite some rather cool weather, we had a great visit to Mission Bay. The home was very nice, equipped with everything we needed, and had excellent proximity to the beach and in particular to the basketball court and volleyball courts where my teenage boys spent a lot of their time. The owner/rental company were very responsive and quickly addressed our few questions. Very highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Perfect!

This beach home had everything we needed and more! From all kitchen appliances to boogey boards, the 2 minute walk to the beach and spacious living area was perfect! The home was so clean when we checked in and every room was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Will return again and again

One of our best vacations yet. Perfect for our family. Ideal location between bay and beach. Loved the big garage as we were able to park bike rentals there for our entire trip plus come in and out comfortably with the car. The house itself is comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great beach house!

Great beach house with lots of living space and a nicely equipped kitchen. The front deck has a retractable awning which made that space very usable and comfortable during the warmer parts of the day. House was clean and the two car garage was super nice to have as well. Walking distance to food, shops etc. We enjoyed our stay!!

Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed this property! It was perfect for our family. Having the large garage space for parking, the beach within walking distance, and the comfy beds were just a few of the things that made this trip so fun! The house is also 10 minutes from Sea World which was where we spent one of our days.

Great family vacation location

The beach was just one block in either direction, which was perfect for vacation with my parents and kids. The rental had towels and chairs, along with an outdoor shower for getting the sand off before going back into the rental. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking. The grill worked well. And there was plenty of seating. The app for getting all the information you need on the rental was also great. The host company was communicative and easy to reach by text. Note that there are no a lot of food options nearby and the garage is a bit hard to get into with a vehicle larger than a sedan. However, these are minor inconveniences for a clean, comfortable rental in a great location.

Great proximity to beaches

We loved being close to two different beaches! We had the ocean side and the bay side within walking distance. If you are a very light sleeper be prepared for the commercial airplanes flying over head from 6am-11pm. Street parking was challenging for our guests but having a 2 car garage really helped tremendously. The neighbors were having brick pavers installed the first few days and were blocking us from getting into the garage but moved when asked. Also it’s a very large garage compared to other places we have stayed in Mission Beach. The unit is very spacious. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogies boards! The only thing I would add is a larger cooler on wheels. We would definitely stay here again!

Mission beach

The house was a nice, clean, and roomy 2 bedroom house. The Murphy bed worked great for extra sleeping space. Beds were comfy too. Location was wonderful. Ocean front is always a plus for us but this house was in the middle between the ocean and bay so you had good choices on either with beaches on both sides. Very close to the zoo and seaworld too. Would stay there again and recommend it. Fun fun fun

First time in Mission Beach

Our family vacations to the beach have always been in Oceanside Ca… this year we decided to change it up and stay somewhere different. We were happy with our choice. The property was awesome and location was perfect. Had all the conveniences of home and loved having the garage.for parking.
