Our stay was simply the best!! The kitchen had everything that you would need. Everything was marked clearly and labeled. All of the extras for the beach were in the garage all labeled. The host was wonderful to communicate with. We hope that we will be able to be in San Diego again next year. If so, we will definitely be looking to stay here. All of the guests staying where are very impressed with the house.

The house was fantastic for our family beach vacation. It easily held our group of 8 and we could have fit 10 people comfortably. We had just one large vehicle and that's all we needed because you can walk to so many restaurants and bars along the beach. We made good use of the chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and balls in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property in an amazing location. We had 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 3. Tons of space and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. Kitchen is full of stuff and there were lots of things in the garage for the beach. Property is steps from the boardwalk and the patio is perfect for watching the ocean. Property owners provided lots of information about the house and were quick to respond to questions before we got there. We would most stay here again.

Perfect Graduation weekend!

We were in San Diego for my daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It worked great for our mixed family group with the setup. The house was just as advertised and the location couldn’t be beat. Just a block to the beach and 3 blocks to the bay. We loved sleeping with the patio door open listening to the waves crash. Lots of great options for food/drinks within walking distance. House is well stocked, and had lots of extra towels which I appreciate in a rental. We were able to (barely) fit 2 cars in the garage (Jeep and a small/midsize car, but it was tight. Host was very responsive at all times. I would definitely stay here again, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect house!

This house was perfect for our two families of 4 to meet up for Thanksgiving. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. There is a clear view of the beach from the living room and both decks, which was fabulous for watching the sunset and dolphins! Everything is well labeled and instructions are clear. We had everything we needed to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner. These hosts have thought of everything. Beach chairs? Check! Beach towels? Check! We would totally stay again. I would say the only things that may not be quite clear in the listing (but did not affect our experience negatively) is that you really can’t fit two cars in the garage unless you have something small like a mini-cooper. We had two sedans and they both couldn’t fit. Also, the shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms is VERY small and not really comfortable for anyone over 5’ tall. I would also advise this house is not ADA friendly, if that’s something you need. I don’t believe it’s advertised as such but just good to know if you have someone who has mobility issues or problems with stairs.

Fabulous Getaway

This house is just as advertised! It was perfect for a larger group including 3 set of adults and 4 children including a newborn. The hosts were very responsive and available. Very nice house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this home very close to the beach. It was very well appointed and maintained and there was plenty of beach supplies to use such as chairs and umbrellas, etc.. The directions to operate much of the equipment was appreciated. And it was the most well equipped home kitchen that we have ever rented.
