The home is located in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood, so having a car is recommended for getting around. Most shopping, dining, and attractions are just a short drive away, with easy access to major roads and freeways. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, but for the most convenience—especially for beach trips, downtown outings, or exploring San Diego—a personal vehicle is ideal.

We have added local Private Chef services to the home by Chef Tiffani Tincher! Please inquire when you book for details if you`d like to add this service. Chef Tiffani prefers scheduling at least 2 weeks out and beyond.
Chef Tiffani specializes in farm to table with the ability to do every other kind of cuisine except for sushi. Please inquire for availability and pricing!

This is a family friendly home, however it is not equipped with baby and toddler safety features. As noted, there is a pool and spa that are not protected by gates. All children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer must be monitored closely as there is no safety fence around the pool.

We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top notch condition and very clean. However sometimes issues arise. As Hosts we will do our best to address an issue with pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise.

The Spa heating is included in the price and can seat between 4-6 people.
If you`d like to use the pool heating, the gas charges will be an additional $75/day of use all year.
The heating systems are controlled via mobile app.
The Spa will automatically shut off after 90 minutes and will need to be turned back on each time.

Pool Maintenance will be by Tentatively through summer every Thursday around 11am. They will enter the backyard through the side gate.

We have a ring doorbell camera for home security. It is not with intent to spy on our guests but for review purposes only in case there is an incident.

Absolutely no house parties or illegal activities including illegal drug use or prostitution, you will be fined and your reservation will be cancelled and you will have to leave immediately.

Please no smoking or vaping in the home and make sure to keep this closer to the bbq area so smoke does not flow into the house, please clean up any ash or debris left behind before your check-out.

Cordial family gatherings are great as long as the home is respected. Thank you so much!

- Please review the following rental agreement and liability waiver prior to reserving this home. By reserving this home this is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the following;

Renter`s Responsibilities
1.1 Supervision: The Renter is responsible for the supervision of all guests, particularly children, at all times during the rental period.
1.2 Responsibilities: The Renter must ensure that all guests adhere to the following rules and safety measures near the Swimming Pool.
Rules:
● Use all amenities at your own risk.
● No food, no glass, no alcoholic drinks in or near the pool and spa.
● No running, no rough play.
● No diving in the pool.
Safety:
● General Safety:
● No lifeguard on duty; the renter is responsible for the safe operation of the pool and all persons using the pool during their stay.
● Use of the pool facilities during the stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
● The renter recognizes and fully understands that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; it only provides examples of types of risks that the renter is assuming.

1.3 Cleanliness: The Renter agrees to maintain cleanliness in the entire home, including all outdoor amenities, and to dispose of all trash properly.
1.4 Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the Swimming Pool, Spa and the surrounding property during the rental period.
1.5 Guest Limitations: This waiver applies to all guests on the property using the amenities.
2. Waiver of Liability
2.1 Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that their stay at the Property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, falling, slips, trips, falls, cuts, and adverse weather conditions. The renter understands that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and/or death.
2.2 Release of Liability: The Renter, on behalf of themselves and their guests, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Renter or their guests while using the pool and other amenities.
2.3 Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that the Owner may incur due to the Renter`s use of the pool and other amenities.

-In consideration of our future guests, please no smoking inside or outside of the home (this includes marijuana even though it’s legal here).
-No guests unless approved by owners. Family is OK
-Please be considerate of your next door neighbors. Absolutely no house parties or excessive noise.
-No Glass In or Around Pool or Spa
-Pool Temperate must stay between 81-83 degrees when heated.
-Please wash and dry any pool/beach towels used before your check-out
