Shining Star in Mission Beach

Beautiful, clean, upgraded house in Mission Beach. Property manager was very easy to work with and was able to move things around which allowed us to extend our trip by a day. The ONLY draw back is that the house is in a more residential area, so it was either a short car ride or a longer walk (we had kids with us) to the more active areas where there were more restaurants and activities to choose from. Other than that, five stars all around.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Loved this house-perfectly situated for family San Diego vacation! Great layout for my extended family, as everyone had their own floor. Outdoor area was exceptional. Highly recommend !

Great property

The house was perfect for our trip. Fantastic location with the bay steps away, the ocean just across the street, and plenty of fun local food and drink spots within walking distance. The layout is perfect for a group with rooms on each floor, giving everyone their own space. Great communication with the host made check in and out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house! Clean, well-appointed, updated everything, safe. We really loved our stay here. Appreciated the little extras provided like coffee pods & creamers, plentiful blankets, pillows, plates/glasses/mugs, flatware, spices, etc. Nice TV’s in every room, if you ever tire of beach and bay and other SD attractions. Code names was a blast to play!

The house was immaculate. Spotless, very, very clean. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are spacious. The location is perfect! Close to everything you need in the Mission Bat area San Diego.

Great Beach Rental

Beautiful property!

This home is so lovely, and we could not have asked for a better experience with our vacation rental. Leading up to the our vacation, the evolve team was quite responsive and helpful for questions. They adjusted our dates back a week and refunded the difference. The home itself is even better in person. The downstairs patio is actually enclosed, which is not reflected in the pics. We completely over-packed with beach supplies. This rental had umbrellas, a beach mat, several chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels already available (and sand toys). We had 3 couples and 2 small children in our group. Each floor is fully accessible but private with their own entry from the stairway. Everyone had their own space and own privacy. The top floor is beautiful with a king, private patio, sunken tub, and small kitchenette. It was a lot like a studio. The second floor was similar to a 2BR apartment with a queen, bunks, lush living area, small kitchen, and private patio. The main floor bedroom has a queen and it's a bit of a tight squeeze, but it did not deter from our experience. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. There are lots of lap blankets and extra blankets for the beds or pull out sofas. The garage was limited for 2 vehicles. We were able to get our Tahoe inside forward facing. It was tight, but possible.

The house is beautiful in a great location.

We had a party of 10 adults. Plenty of room. We never had to drive anywhere since restaurants and coffee shops were close by. Minutes from the beach and the bay with every water activity available.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Great place, smooth checkin and the description and pictures are exact. We rented the entire house and it worked perfectly for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys. Garage parking only, two mid to smaller cars only will fit. Full-size suv or truck (6ft bed or less) only one. Overall, will plan to book this property again on the future.

The place was impeccable clean and very well maintained. Loved the outdoor patio and the abundance of couch space. The property manager was very responsive. The house is gorgeous and updated throughout.

This property is steps away from the ocean on one side and the bay on the other, just off the main street and its casual restaurants. The house itself is divided into three, relatively self-contained areas, affording privacy for family groups while allowing easy gathering together.

Perfect Home and Perfect Location

I took my 18 year old twins and their friends to this property to celebrate their high school graduation. I didn't want them to be on the ocean side as I felt more comfortable being closer to the bay. This location was excellent. An easy walk to the bay, ocean and even The Catamaran. The home was exquisitely decorated and very clean. I would consider myself a very high maintenance and picky traveler and this absolutely checked all of my important boxes. I would absolutely rent this home again.
