  • STEPS TO THE SAND & across from the famous Crystal Pier, enjoy ocean views from your very own beach retreat! Walk right across the street and pitch your blanket on the sandy beach, fish off Crystal Pier, surf, swim or boogie board to your heart's content! The best place ever to recharge your battery and gain some much deserved R&R! Enjoy the peek a boo ocean view from your balcony, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from the complexes beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.
    No grills allowed on property.

Right in the middle of all the action for my granddaughters loved rollerskating on the boardwalk with Slo Mo, real California tacos, and burrito burritos. We cooked a bit as well, so appreciated the upscale appliances and cookware.

The unit was clean, easy to access, and safe. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host checked in with us at check in and out and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The location was excellent — so close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip.The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time is that the nightlife and activity across the street can be fairly loud late into the night and early morning. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and overall experience!

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of local shops and the beach right outside. We wanted to ride bikes around the beach and found a rental right on the corner. Although it's not the owner's fault, but the bar across the street from our room was extremely loud, so we had a hard time sleeping over the weekend hours, as this was it's busiest time. Overall, we really had a great time.

We loved the location so close the beach, food, and shops. The shared condo hot tub wasn't working while we were there and the bar across the street was pretty noisy but that didn't bother us. We liked having the balcony close to all of the action. You can literally walk to anything you want - smoothies, food, shopping, CVS, take-out. We loved watching the beach sunsets from the courtyard and it was really nice to have a covered private parking spot. This is a perfect stay if you enjoy a clean, well-appointed place close to a popular beach and amenities.

Great location. Can walk the boardwalk and to many restaurants. Club outside can be a little noisy at night but doesn’t take long to get used to.

I’m no rookie to Pacific Beach but this location was absolutely choice! You simply cannot get a better and more convenient VRBO in terms of location!Communication between the property manager Warren and myself was flawless and we will definitely be returning!

Location was awesome. Beautiful patio looking out at the ocean. Close to amenities. Nice promenade along the ocean. A bit noisy on the street side bedroom on the weekend. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owners were excellent at communication and responsive with any issues we had. Location is in a great spot however it can be very loud at night. It was very clean as well.

Beautiful stay! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! So close / walking distance to all our favorite places! Loved the comfy beds, and an extra pull out couch for our daughter to stay a night too. The deck is glorious and excellent for people watching! Looking forward to our next stay!

The location was right across from the Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. (The only drawback to our location was the nightly noise from the bar across the street. It wouldn’t be troublesome for partygoers or those out and about most of the evening but it did prove to be more disturbing to those trying to sleep in the master bedroom.) The patio provided a nice spot in the morning to sit and have tea and watch the area walk up. It was a perfect base for us as we saw sights around San Diego and enjoyed the boardwalk and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the accommodations. They were clean and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and we easily made arrangements to check out later. The gated parking was very helpful and provided a secure environment. Condo residents that we met were friendly and gave us tips on places to see. The jacuzzi was not working at the time of our visit. Roof repairs were also being done as well.

Relaxing and Pleasant Stay

Great condo! Upgraded kitchen with anything that you would need, plenty of sleeping space for four adults. Quick and easy access to plenty of places to eat, coffee, boardwalk. Super nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards.
