The property was a total gem. There were so many details that made the home welcoming and comfortable from the landscaping to the interior decor. There were even beautiful fresh flowers left in the kitchen for us. Grant was so easy to communicate with and always available. I would recommend this booking for anyone looking for a welcoming home in a prime location.

Great place

The property was great. I loved the location. We had our grandsons age 9 and 6 and they loved playing on the beach and the calm water made it so you didnr have to be in the water with them. Plus super close to walk to the big waves.

We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t use it once.Walkability to both the bay and the beach.Restaurants, markets, cute little coffee shops and Belmont Park.Would stay again in a heartbeat.

So impressed with the condo. Took my breath away. Clean, appointed, and comfortable. Easy and a close walk to the fun zones and the beach or a boardwalk stroll. Just have a small car, smaller like a Mini Cooper, for ease with the parking space provided, or not, to make a laughable memory.

VERY NICE PROPERTY AND LOCATION

The property is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked very nicely with everything you need for cooking, even spices and Pam were there for our use. The location is great, right on the water and walking distance to shops, restaurants and Bellmont Park. The beach side is less than a 5 minute walk, which is nice because we stayed on the quieter side of the bay, but could walk to the beach if we wanted to for the big waves. I would recommend this property.

Vacation Saver

Saved our 2024 family trip. Had an absolutely horrible stay at Disneyland Grand resort that left everyone’s vacation ruined. We arrived here for the second leg of our trip and everything was exactly as it was represented so we were able to relax and reset. Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect! Bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better (door handle area visibly dirty, baseboards dirty and dusty). Checklist of items for us to complete seemed unreasonable (empty all garbages, ensure no dirty dishes - none even cleaned could remain in dishwasher, strip all bedding). Overall, our stay was a great one.

Great Spring Break getaway spot!!

Our family of 6 had an amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful views! It was close to most places, but still tucked away to avoid the busyness once we were settled in for the night. Thank you for helping make our Spring Break so memorable! The kids definitely enjoyed having their own little beach right out the back door.

Great spot

My kids and I, ages 12-19, loved our stay here. It was in a perfect spot to enjoy quiet time by the bay or take a four minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is wonderful and you’re in walking distance to carnival rides, stand up paddle boarding, bike rentals, coffee shops, shopping, and bodegas. It was the perfect size for the hour of us and we’re looking forward to coming back again.

Our new annual retreat

We LOVED your place! Probably the most well appointed kitchen of any vacation home we've been to! I always keep fresh flowers on my table at home so the flowers were an appreciated touch. The place was very well appointed and had an open and airy feel to it. Of course the location could not have been better. Right on the beach, the quiet bayside, and within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The owner was also very responsive when we had a quick question about check-in. We have definitely found our new annual retreat!

Wonderful Mission Bay Bayside Lane Stay!

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. My husband and I and our two grown daughters visited San Diego for a family wedding and the rental was ideal for us. Well accommodated in the kitchen for all our needs. As well as great beds and towels. We really appreciated the fresh flowers - a very nice touch. Grant was excellent to work with and communicated timely and consistently. This is truly an excellent VRBO and we will return to stay again! Thank you!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family of five loved staying at this property. Kids had a blast playing on the bayside beach (right out the door) and in the waves at Mission beach (super quick walk). Excellent accommodations, clean, fresh space with a well-equipped kitchen. Grant was a kind and attentive host. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Bayside Beauty

All I can say is Wow!!! This Bayside rental is decorated so beautifully and has such a comfortable vibe. I absolutely love the remodeled kitchen with all the amenities to create fabulous meals during our stay. However, the best thing is waking up in the morning pulling the blinds up, opening the doors and watching the boats, paddle boarders, kayakers walkers and runners Going about their day, it’s such a wonderful view!!! There were fresh cut flowers placed in the condo upon arrival, which was such a nice touch. Overall 5 stars, I would give it more if I could…. I can not wait to plan our next visit to this bayside beauty. Thank you!

Perfect week on Mission Bay!

My family had a fabulous week right on Mission Bay. The location was great, right on the water at the Bay, a short walk to the beach and super convenient for traveling around San Diego. Also very close by was Belmont Park, restaurants, playground and Ray's Rentals where you can get anything from bikes to surf boards and soccer balls. We rented stand up paddle boards and paddled around the Bay one afternoon. Grant was very responsive to my questions and provided beach towels so we didn't have to pack them in our luggage. Great property, great host and great location! My kids have already asked if we can go back next year and I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!
