The lush courtyard filled with palm trees and greenery gives the property a laid back tropical feel. Unlike many condos in the area, it has two full bathrooms for added convenience.

The space
The space is thoughtfully designed with both kids and parents in mind.

After a full day of exploring, the spacious living room offers a comfortable couch that’s perfect for unwinding with a movie. With YouTube TV, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Bedroom One features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom for added privacy.
Bedroom Two includes a queen and a twin bed, with a full bathroom just across the hall.

Comfortable, functional, and easy to settle into, it’s a great place to relax and recharge after a day out exploring.

Guest access
Off Street parking for one car is included in the rental rate.

There is also coin operated laundry on site and a BBQ for you to use.

Other things to note
A pack & play and high chair can be delivered for an additional cost. $25 for one item, or $35 for both.

There is one on-site parking spot. It is large enough for an SUV as long as your vehicle isn't excessively tall. If your car doesn't fit, street parking is very easy to find within 1-2 blocks of the apartment. On holidays and summer weekends, you may have to park 3-5 blocks away.

***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.)

Absolutely No Smoking on Property!!!

Air Conditioning is a unit located in the main living area. With the use of fans, it keeps the condo cool most of the year. It can still sometimes get hot during a heat wave. There are heaters in all rooms
