    Welcome to the Island Paradise Suite-Deck Combo! Built in 2020, this modern beach home will be your favorite vacation destination year after year. The clean and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2000 SF vacation condo combo is set up to host large groups (sleeps 16 in beds) and is perfect for large groups or families on vacation.



    The Space:

    Each of the two vacation rental properties feature 10-foot ceilings, modern bathrooms, 1st floor patio and 2nd-story balcony deck with their own grill areas and great views of the Mission Beach boardwalk, sand and Pacific ocean.



    In addition to being built on a brand new exterior foundation, the interiors of both feature high-quality stainless-steel appliances, a modernized kitchen and dining area; smart TV's throughout the condo (Samsung smart TV's are mounted in each room); and of course, all the amenities you need in a Mission Beach vacation rental to enjoy your stay.



    This clean and comfortable ~2000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story, 2-unit combination rental is located steps from Mission Beach, shops, restaurants, Belmont Park & Beach House. The condo is casual and spacious with the living, dining and open kitchen areas combined.



    BEDROOMS & BATHS:

    The condos feature a total of 4 bedrooms, with extra sleeping accommodations in each of the units living room couches:



    On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The guest room is a bunk bed that include two queen size beds. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms.



    On the second floor, A master bedroom featuring a queen bed (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom attached, and a guest bedroom with queen bunk beds (sleeps 4) for the kids to stay in. Both bedrooms feature enough closet space to store your personal belongings during your stay. The rooms have room darkening shades, as well as a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in each bedroom.



    KITCHEN & DINING: Each unit features a kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances to make you feel right at home when you're cooking. The condos are equipped with basic kitchen essentials: coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans. A few basic pantry items such as salt and pepper are provided.



    LIVING AREAS: The living rooms each feature a large, genuine leather couch that pulls out to a queen (sleeps 2), giving EACH condo a total of 4 queen beds, that can sleep a total of 8 adults (maximum occupancy PER UNIT is no more than 8 guests inside at any given time - even though this listing can accommodate 16 total guests, in order to keep in compliance with noise ordinances and local laws, no more than 8 guests per floor or unit is allowed at any given time. Thank you for understanding!).



    Immediately after confirming your reservation, our staff will be ready to provide helpful communications regarding your upcoming stay with us in a timely manner.



    Upon arrival, you will be given easy access information to get into your rental. It will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. Expect to have everything you would get if staying in a 5-star hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.



    Please contact us if there is anything we are able to provide you with before, during or after your stay - our friendly and knowledgeable concierge staff will be readily available during your entire stay!



    Guest Access:

    Guests will be able to access each of the two condos on the first and second floors. The third floor is homeowner occupied.



    The Neighborhood:

    Mission Beach is the center of fun and activity out of all the San Diego beach communities. Belmont Park is an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more.



    At any point of the year the beach and boardwalk is bustling with activity. You`ll see everything from people riding bikes, skateboarding and surfing to people just hanging out laying on the beach or playing games in the sand. Rent a Bird Scooter and cruise the boardwalk to get in on the action!



    The property is also within walking distance of the famous Belmont Park - an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more - all located right around the corner!



    Getting Around:

    A Rental Car is not necessary if you decide you want to spend your time on the beach. From the condos, you can walk to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk and beach! (Less than 150 steps from the sand).



    If you need to get anywhere in the greater San Diego area, rideshare services are plentiful - Uber or Lyft are great ways to get around easily. If you are looking to spend time in Pacific Beach, Bird electric scooters are also abundant.



    However, if you do decide to leave the immediate beach area, you will have 2 spaces for cars to park in the carport. Free street parking is available as well, however please read all signs as some days are designated for street sweeping - and the City will tow, at the owner's expense.



    Other Things to Note:

    RENTAL TERMS & COMPANY POLICIES:



    The vacation rentals we represent are typically second homes owned by individuals who also use them as a vacation home. These homeowners have made them available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect. While many of our guests are on vacation, the full-time residents that live nearby are not.



    *No smoking, parties, or events. Noise ordinance starts at 10pm.

    *Max Occupancy is strictly enforced. No more than the max number of guests allowed inside.

    *Self check-in: Anytime after 3PM and check-out by 10AM



    ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING ON THE PREMISES (INCLUDING ALL OUTDOOR AREAS) WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $250 FINE



    EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:



    **PLEASE NOTE** Due to the nature of last-minute bookings and the cleaning schedule, EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE. However, you will be notified the morning of your arrival as soon as the unit is confirmed cleaned and ready for check-in. LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT AVAILABLE as the cleaning service will arrive shortly after the 10am check-out time (usually by 10:30am) to prepare the condo for the next guests.



    **GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:



    NOISE IS THE MOST SERIOUS ISSUE: First, we need to reiterate that this is NOT a party house. We have had complaints from the neighbors in the past about guests throwing parties or being loud late at night. This is simply not allowed. If your group is loud and disrespectful, I will get a call from the neighbors and you will be asked to leave, forfeiting your deposit. We take this very seriously and you should too. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at any time.



    NOISE COMPLAINT FINE OF $300-$1000: Any formal noise complaint issued by neighbors or City Officers will result in a $300-$1000 fine deducted from the security deposit. Police have the right to fine guests up to $1,000 for first time noise complaints. Noise travels far at night. PLEASE CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND BALCONY GLASS DOORS THROUGHOUT THE CONDO if you are playing music or talking loudly, and walk outside to assess your noise level. STRICT QUIET HOURS start at 9PM on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.



    MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:



    If anything needs immediate attention, please contact us and we will send someone to take a look at the issue and will try to resolve it within 24 hours of your request. We appreciate all your feedback on minor issues as well, and we will see to it they get fixed as soon as possible.



    CLEANING SERVICE:



    Cleaning services are provided by a third-party vendor. The cleaning fee is what they charge per cleaning per stay. Please do not haggle with the cost of the cleaning fee before making a booking inquiry, as this charge is mandatory for every reservation.



    **THERE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE CLEANING FEE FOR EVERY STAY**



    It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival as part of the linen and cleaning service.

    The home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Owners do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & laundry detergent, etc.



    Please be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs, canopy, etc. as these items are not supplied. If you plan on traveling light, there are a few retail surf shops and rental places nearby where you can reserve beach necessities at a great rate.

We are an experienced vacation rental agency in town, and our team of hosts are all local residents who live in the area. If you need assistance with anything during your stay, let us know and we will send someone out as soon as possible to help with any issues that may arise.
