Wonderful place to stay! We had everything we needed. The view can’t be beat and the location is perfect for easy walks/runs on the beach or boardwalk, close to great restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect! Very responsive and helpful. Plenty of dishes and towels, nice appliances, comfortable beds, spacious place. Our only issue was on us as the rental car place was down to one car - a jeep wrangler and it was too tall for the garage. We had no problem finding close by and free on street parking - just had to pay attention to which side of the street to park on for morning street sweeping. The car was never more than a short walk away and we could unload groceries into the garage to put away after parking the car. If you’re looking for a great place, this one is it! If you read about others having noise from construction, we saw those places and would have hated the noise. This place is quiet with the expected amount of noise for being in a popular and active area. We absolutely loved it!

Amazing stay on this beachfront property! The location is spectacular directly on the ocean! Fantastic sunsets, fun people watching from the patio, nicely remodeled with tasteful decor and very clean. The beds were very comfortable making for restful sleep! Convenient to everything whether walking or a short drive. Highly recommend for your next beach getaway!

Family Vacation

This place and location was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the beach, Belmont, playing cards out front on the patio, bike riding, etc. The place felt like home! Nothing beats oceanfront. This condo fits the beach vibe and is very comfortable. We already booked a second trip to stay at the same place in the fall.

Amazing Property!

This was a great property. The location does not disappoint and the updated unit makes for a very comfortable stay. Having a designated parking spot removes the stress from trying to find street parking, but do pay attention to the info provided regarding the size of the spot and plan accordingly. The only downside to the unit are the sounds you can hear from the floor above you if the guests are extra noisy. We experienced a group that forgot about the quiet hours and it was a bit disturbing at 1am. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great Beach Location!

I don’t think you could get closer to the beach! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well appointed, very clean and modern, and right on Mission Beach. This was the perfect location for access to downtown, and the military bases, we can to visit.

Great spot, super clean and modern!

Excellent location, great host with quick response and easy check-in/out. Place was extremely clean with recent updates and beds were comfortable. All the kitchen and bath items were available with plenty of towels and hot water. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend!

Great stay!

The unit was in a great location and the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Please note that the warning about the garage size was accurate. It is very small and there is no where to park on the street. We finally found a public lot off of El Carmel on the bay side that allowed 24 hour parking, about a 10-15 minute walk. Even with that inconvenience, we would stay there again!
