Family Vacation

This place and location was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the beach, Belmont, playing cards out front on the patio, bike riding, etc. The place felt like home! Nothing beats oceanfront. This condo fits the beach vibe and is very comfortable. We already booked a second trip to stay at the same place in the fall.

The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk. It was renovated and very nice! It was more than enough space for 4 adults! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing Property!

This was a great property. The location does not disappoint and the updated unit makes for a very comfortable stay. Having a designated parking spot removes the stress from trying to find street parking, but do pay attention to the info provided regarding the size of the spot and plan accordingly. The only downside to the unit are the sounds you can hear from the floor above you if the guests are extra noisy. We experienced a group that forgot about the quiet hours and it was a bit disturbing at 1am. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great Beach Location!

I don’t think you could get closer to the beach! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well appointed, very clean and modern, and right on Mission Beach. This was the perfect location for access to downtown, and the military bases, we can to visit.

Great spot, super clean and modern!

Excellent location, great host with quick response and easy check-in/out. Place was extremely clean with recent updates and beds were comfortable. All the kitchen and bath items were available with plenty of towels and hot water. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend!

Great stay!

The unit was in a great location and the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Please note that the warning about the garage size was accurate. It is very small and there is no where to park on the street. We finally found a public lot off of El Carmel on the bay side that allowed 24 hour parking, about a 10-15 minute walk. Even with that inconvenience, we would stay there again!

Great place, great location

Me and my kids loved this place. Very nice and clean. All beach toys you could need and Fred was very responsive. Having the garage gets a sixth star in my book. Without it, parking would been a nightmare. I’d definitely stay here again.

I have to take a 1/2 point off due to the fact that the upstairs neighbors could be heard very easily and were up late. The sound transfer from their floor to our ceiling could not be ignored. Other than that, everything else about the place was great. Terrific location. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Life is a beach.

Property was well represented and very accurate on their listing site. Boardwalk and beach are right there. Well equipped kitchen. Love the inside, locked garage. TV’s in all rooms. Very simple, efficient condo, which is what we wanted. If you want luxury, keep looking. Booking agent was very efficient. The few downsides were *curtain slats kept falling out *all beds except hide a bed were wrapped in plastic and no way to remove which necessitated i slept on one bed and wife on another. My skin does not tolerate plastic *Mgmt is very adamant about no partying or loudness. I see why as walls do not prevent sound from traveling. The last night we were there next door neighbors evidently had huge fight with much cursing. After that a girl was sobbing on deck until 11 or after. Very sad. But none of this hampered sleep (on hide a bed). Overall it was great being on beach and we’d stay here again. Appreciated Fred’s efficiency and clear instructions. *

Great Location

Overall the location makes this a great place to stay. Amenities in the home itself are just OK. It is musty as is likely typical for the location, and you can hear the family above you. Yet you can also hear the ocean, it is so close, and fun to sit on the patio and people / sunset watch. I'd stay again.

We enjoyed staying here and it was right along the beach. Easy access to everything we needed. The property management was awesome about getting back to us with any issues or questions we may of had in a timely fashion. We might make this an annual trip and look into staying here too. Would definitely come back!

This place was fantastic. Right on the beach meant great views every morning and the sky during sunset is unlike any sky I’ve ever seen. Fred the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay(me my wife and our 8 month old daughter) a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego.
