We loved the location and the host was quick to communicate when we had questions. There is food within walk distance and the drive to the beach was easy. We really appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the home felt. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful private garage parking, grocery store within walking distance which was convenient, but a lot of road noise from the highway (bring a sound machine). Overall great and convenient place to stay.

We enjoyed the house a lot! It was very close to the MCRD which is what we were there for (Marine Corp graduation), so we left both mornings around 6:30am so we were out of the house more than we were there.

We had 4 working adults attending and presenting at a conference at the Town & Country resort. This home was close to the event and provided the space and seclusion we wanted.

Very clean. Well maintained and well appointed. Nice twelve cup coffee maker! :) Responsive host. Living and dining area has more space than you expect. Laundry in garage is still sufficiently convenient. Graciously allowed us a slightly late departure when one of our kids woke up sick. Thank you! Only downsides might be that the beds are slightly squeaky, though comfortable; the street is slightly sketch (though really not bad, and there’s garage parking, so we had no issues); and the wifi was just a touch spotty - but again, mostly solid. Having CVS and Bargain Outlet across the street was a lifesaver. Can’t get any closer to Sea World than this, and the easy access to I8 and I5 made our logistics a breeze. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to a ton of amenities!! Only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect score would be the mattress’s we’re not the most comfortable but were not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed the weekend to attend a pickleball tournament at Barnes Center. Literally a couple minutes drive. So location wise this place was perfect. There is also a Starbucks, CVS, and grocery store down the street. They have a garrage to park your car but there is street parking which was better for us because we have a big passanger van. Overall the stay was perfect.

Stay here for 2 nights with family for the holiday week. One of the bed frame is loose and making noise. One of the Bathtub is kind clogged, slower drainage.
