The views and location were unbeatable. Sitting in the living room felt like you were at the beach but without the crowds or noise. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing property and views. One of our favorite units in the building. A couple notes: Pay laundry down the hall Unit doesn’t have beach chairs or boogie boards as some doThe master has a weird window slider door facing view. This allows for extra living room space for recliners with full ocean view. But it means you don’t have complete privacy in master bedroom.

Beautiful Views

The condo was gorgeous. Nicely furnished and very updated. The beds were comfortable. Newer sheets would be even better. But overall everything was very clean and updated. A short walk down some steps to get to the beach.

Our trip was amazing

We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Everything was comfortable and felt like home. The view was stunning and we loved waking up and falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The team was fantastic to work with and helped with all our needs.

Everything Just Perfect!

Nancy's goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to have the perfect stay. The condo is beautiful and the ocean view is incredible. We would definitely come bake!

Pacific Beach California Get-Away

Great PB Condo

This condo very closely matched the listing- it was clean, well stocked, comfortably furnished, and well kept. Our family enjoyed being able to walk straight out to the beach, go to the pool, or walk to breakfast. While its not in the busy part of PB, its close enough to be convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Grad Weekend

After supporting our student through college, we thought it would be nice to have a beautiful place to stay as a treat for ourselves. There was plenty of space for my student and their siblings. The view was phenomenal. The property was pristine.

Amazing !

We were here for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The views are out of this world, the condo is spacious and secure. We walked plenty of places nearby and took Ubers for anything else. The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and checked in regularly. 12/10, would recommend again and be happy to return.

Fabulous

This property is exactly as the pictures show. The beds are comfortable, living room furniture is comfortable, everything was great! The location of this property is superb, we walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner! Sunset on the beach every night! The communication with the staff was answered very quickly and professionally. The hot tub in the pool were clean and perfectly tempered. I will definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront Getaway

Love the condo, very clean, nicely decorated, terrific views, all new appliances, had everything we needed. TVs were easy to operate. restaurants and shops within walking distance, had a walkway for miles along the beach. I'm 71 and my niece is 51 years old and we will happily return here. We gave it 5 stars!

Peaceful Oceanfront Paradise

Our stay at Patrick’s Pacific Paradise was truly unforgettable! The property is beautifully maintained, exactly as pictured, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really took our breath away were the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from the fourth-floor floor-to-ceiling glass doors—absolutely stunning!Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful and soothing, we didn’t even feel the need to turn on the TV. It was the perfect place to unplug and unwind.The property is managed by Nancy’s Vacation Rentals, and their team was fantastic—great communication, always quick to respond to any questions, and they even provided some excellent local recommendations that made our stay even better.Between the incredible location, the peaceful ocean ambiance, and the top-notch service, this place exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true coastal escape!

Great beachfront property

We had a great time in San Diego and loved our stay at this property. The other couple we were with usually stay in downtown SD but even they enjoyed this location. The condo is exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and well stocked. The only down side is the need for key fobs to get in the parking garage and to use the elevators. You would think that once you’re in the garage (using the fob to open the locked gate) that should be enough to gain entrance to the building. A small inconvenience for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Pacific Paradise! The property is exactly as advertised and the views are absolutely stunning—being in the corner unit with wraparound windows was a game changer.The condo was spotless and worked perfectly for our family of four. With one king bed and two queens, there was more than enough space without needing the pull-out sofa (though I could see it feeling a bit tight if used). The parking spot was very spacious and easy to access, which isn’t always the case in beachfront properties. Laundry isn’t free, but it’s conveniently located, so no complaints there.When they say the beach is “minutes away,” they mean it—our toes were in the sand in about two minutes! Restaurants and shops are close as well (5–15 minute walk), with our favorite being Hideaway for brunch, food, and drinks—just an 8-minute walk away, and we went several times.We were a little nervous about there being no AC, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The weather was in the low 80s during our stay, and with the windows open and fans on, we were always comfortable. In fact, a couple of nights got cool enough that we turned the fans off.The only area that could use improvement is the beach accessories. The chairs really need to be replaced—they’re not true beach chairs and were uncomfortable. A small investment there would go a long way.The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed something, which

Amazing views, location and management

We absolutely loved our time here with our kids. The location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It is 15-20 minutes from everything in San Diego and it was nice to be a bit away from mission beach craziness. The pool is just across the alley down the street a bit but it wasn’t a problem with our three kids under 12 and it was a nice alternative to the beach. The beach was great. Can be a bit crowded but still found spots late in the day. Also appreciated the beach accessories provided (boogie boards, chairs, sand toys). The view is amazing and all my wife and I wanted to do was sit in the chairs overlooking the beach ocean. We slept with the ocean waves each night! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and well equipped. We liked the underground parking and building security too. The communication with Nancy’s Vacation Rentals was top notch. They provide a nice orientation guide with all the info and were always very quick to respond to questions we had via email and text. Can’t recommend this place enough for families (young kids especially) and couples looking for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful views and convenient location

We (my wife and I, plus another couple) really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the property manger's was seamless and provided us with dining recommendations when requested. Getting to the property from the airport only took about 20 minutes. Check in was very easy and allowed us to immediately start enjoying the condo, it's amenities and the beach. The rooftop area was a nice way to look over the city at night, while watching the constant flow of airplanes flying out of the airport. There are a lot of dining and drinking options nearby and we always felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night. It seemed like whenever we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't within walking distance (Zoo, LaJolla Cove, Old Towne Trolley Tour, etc) it was just a 15-20 minute drive. So convenient! Only thing we didn't realize was that the pool was not on-site. However it is just one lot away, so it wasn't anything that would make us downgrade our rating. You can't beat the views looking down towards the pier or north to LaJolla, since it is the tallest building on the beach. We would definitely stay again!
