Wonderful home and yard, especially for kids!Great location in neighborhood with a bit of a walk to the beach. Plentiful supply of household and kitchen items, as well as towels and linens. Also, beach toys and wagon.Stove could have been cleaner and photo online showed another bed in one of the bunk bed rooms that was not there are our only complaints.We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place if you have kids!

We had an amazing time at this property visiting with far away family! It was a wonderful place to meet with walking access to the beach, and amazing neighborhood with coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The property itself was ideal if you are traveling with kids! With an abundance of toys, a designated play room and the trampoline outside the kids were entertained all day… making the trip much more enjoyable for the adults too! Highly recommend this property if you are traveling with kids. Jacqui was so communicative and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

Absolutely Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Breeze. Beautiful house in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is fantastic. There was even a playroom filled with princess dresses for my princess abscessed daughter, and music instruments for my music obsessed son. Can't say enough good things about our stay. On top of everything Jacquie was absolute dream host, very helpful and resposive. A+++

Great for families, short walk to the beach!

This place is a gem. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. We loved the layout of the house and the toys provided for kids including a play kitchen, doll house, and whole separate play room. The fenced in turf grass was the perfect play area. There was a wagon provided to make an easy stroll down to the beach with our toddler and towels, etc. The rooms were good sized and mattresses were comfortable! Blackout curtains in every room was a plus. We LOVED the rooftop to watch the sunset. Jacqui was available for whatever we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Fabulous Place For Families With Kids

Just a perfect place for young kids to explore and enjoy. Spent Christmas 2019 at Jacqui & Matt's with 4 adults, an infant and a 2 year old. Second floor play area was the ideal place for a tree and Santa's arrival; lower living room with fireplace was welcomed when the weather turned chilly. The location is superb with the grocery store, the French bakery and the fish market all within 200 yards. Could not have been better!

Great for families and close to the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jacqui's beautiful beach home! She was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any questions that we had prior to our arrival. There was more than enough room for our family of four plus our friends and their son. They had tons of toys, games, and activities to keep our boys busy while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the enclosed backyard. Then it was a quick walk to Tourmaline beach with communal beach chairs and boogie boards to use in tow. There were also plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping walking distance from the home. We were fortunate enough to utilize one of Jacqui's babysitter recommendations to have a night out. We especially loved riding the Bird and Lime electric scooters down the boardwalk and by the bay. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We look forward to returning for another visit soon!

Fun in the sun

We had a nice time. Plenty of room in the house. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had a place to sleep. The 2 year old even got a crib! That was nice. The kids loved all the toys and it was nice to enjoy the evenings outside while the kids played in the yard. Very close to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and saw many fireworks from the roof top deck. I have nothing to complain about, everyone had a nice time.

A great vacation home for a family with young kids!

We stayed in the house for two nights with our 1.5 year olds and we had the best time. The check in process was so easy and Jacqui had great recommendations for us. The house was perfect and was close to great restaurants and the beach! I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with young kids.

Beautiful home near by the beach

I highly recommend this house, especially if you have kids. It’s perfect to rent for a large family or gathering like ours. It was clean and looks as if it were recently updated. Plenty of space for everyone with a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids had a blast with all of their toys. We enjoyed grilling in the yard while the kids played. Jacqui left us everything we needed for the beach, surf boards, bikes, chairs ect. The location is perfect, super close to stores and beach. And the roof deck was a blast with great views. I’ll definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego.

This is a great place for kids. The house is well stocked with play items and things to climb on outside in the yard. Love the distance to the beach. We all thought the house could be better stocked, i.e., towels, washcloths and kitchen tools. Also, the house is looking a little run down and needs a good clean and paint. Overall we had a great time but probably would not rent here again

overall disappointed with property and price point

Unfortunately the pictures were a little deceiving, not that they purposely tried to deceive its just the walls were dirty in need of painting, jams were all chewed up, bar stools totally dirty and stained...probably older photos...I didn't realize it was a occupied home...It was awkward to me to be in someones house that just moved out for the weekend...Because it is an occupied home it was a bit cluttered with toys even in the dining room...The outdoor furniture was really quite lacking and need of replacement...it just wasn't up to rental quality...there were no instructions to operate bathroom jacuzzi... on the 2 occasions it got used, both people could not figure out how to operate...the master bedrooms electricity went off the last night of our stay... it was nice to have the bikes for use, however tires were flat on the bikes and had to go to neighbors home to borrow a bike tire pump... at night we tried to play games with some of the board games that were there but unfortunately a lot of game pieces were missing...I understand that we were playing with other children toys who were gone for the weekend but for the price there should be games just for the renters... on a positive note the back yard was very nice for my 2 young nieces who are 8 and 6 years...the owner was very easy to work with and always responded to emails quite quickly...

Lovely home in a perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay with a large group! There are plenty of beds, a wonderful family room big enough for everyone to hang out and watch tv/play games, and a rooftop deck with a stunning view of San Diego! Close enough to walk to the beach.

Amazing and fun home

The house very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. My only regret was not spending more time at the house instead of venturing out to explore San Diego.

Loved this place!!!

We stayed here with our daughter and our three young grand kids. There were toys in every room and a great play area outside. Jaqui, our host was super in offering recommendations. We could not have picked a better place to stay with the kids - super comfortable, super fun. We watched the fireworks shows from the rooftop and walked to the beach. The house is in a great location with a nice coffee/breakfast spot just down the block as well as other restaurants and shops and the boardwalk close by. This is a family friendly home that I would highly recommend!

Jacqui's home was great for my group of 8. She was very responsive, left good directions and recommendations, and overall gave us a wonderful stay in her comfortable home. Her place is easy walking distance to the beach, food and more. I'd recommend staying here for groups or families.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Very nice place. Plenty of room for all of us. Easy check in process. The best views in the neighborhood from the roof deck! Amazing sunset! It was so nice to be a walking distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is definitely quite and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. Definitely would book again.

Family friendly and close to beach, groceries, restaurants

My young girls enjoyed the many toys that were available both inside and outside. Walking to the beach or to buy groceries or to go out to eat was quick and easy. Overall my family had an excellent stay here.

Great Family Home

The home is in a great location. We walked to restaurants and the beach. Groceries and shopping were 5 minutes by car. The house was clean. It is really a great family house. We had 5 adults, but there was certainly room for more. If you bring children, there are toys. I caught all my adult children playing with the toys. There were surf boards, bogie boards and bikes, as well. Kitchen was well equipped to handle Thanksgiving dinner prep. Also, a large dining room table that accommodated 10 for dinner. It was a great place to spend our Holiday!!
