  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Evan was quick to respond to problem with heating. All fixed. However, on the last night, we discovered that the property had a problem with rodent infestation. Late that night we heard rustling from under or inside the kitchen cabinets.in the morning, as we were getting ready to check out, we discovered rodent droppings in & around our shoes. Snack food left on the counter had been chewed as had kids stuffed animals & toy boxes. On unpacking, I found rodent droppings in my suitcase. Evan refused to compensate us in any way since we had not notified him of the problem during our stay. Impossible to do since the rodent issue wasn’t discovered until checkout. Evan KNEW ABOUT THIS EXISTING PROBLEM SINCE RODENT TRAPS WERE FOUND UNDER THE SOFAS & A RAT POISON TRAP WAS FOUND NEAR THE REFRIGERATOR. Inexplicable that a rodent infested property could be rented out. We had 2 preschoolers with us. They could have easily gotten Into the rat poison! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Wir hatten an sich eine gute Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Leider fanden wir es nicht so sauber, wie hier alle Gäste vor uns betonten. Weder im inneren, noch im Gartenbereich. Dieser war für uns quasi nicht nutzbar.Außerdem muss man sagen, dass die Nachbarschaft zwar ruhig ist, aber vielleicht etwas zu ruhig. Unseren Kindern wurde vom Nachbarn verboten auf dem Gehweg zu spielen. Wie traurig ist das denn?Für Erwachsene mag dieses Ferienhaus toll sein, aber mit Kindern ist es nicht möglich.

The property was perfect for our visit to San Diego. The house was actually larger than we expected! The host’s communication was excellent and he even accommodated us when we had a few issues with our rental car and needed to store our luggage for a bit before check in. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Great Family Stay

Owner/manager was a great communicator. Little issue with the air mattress, but the owner made a quick reply and we had a work around for our stay. Easy street parking, super cute neighborhood to stay in. Comfortable stay for our family and little kids, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would highly recommend this location.

Perfect house for family getaway

Lovely house in a prime, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for four adults and well-stocked kitchen for eating in. The only thing that threw us was the lack of a dining table inside. It is accurately described in the listing, we just didn’t notice it until we got there. The breakfast bar is plenty big and there is a dining space on the large front patio, so it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.and

Perfect Pacific Beach Oasis!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Pacific Beach Oasis! The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group, and the location in Pacific Beach couldn't have been better. A short walk to amazing dining options, and some of the best coffee locations PB has to offer. The cozy interior was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The back deck was a great spot for morning coffee, and the front deck was perfect for evening gatherings around the provided fireplace. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made this an ideal choice for our vacation. I highly recommend this property hosted by Evan.

Great every time!

This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as great as we remembered it! The location is perfect, the outdoor space is great, and the house has everything you need for the beach. Evan is great & communicates all the information you need. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Masters Graduation Petco Park

The property is clean organized very quiet neighborhood, very accessible to Pacific Beach and all other attractions in San Diego. The owner of this property literally thought of everything from the coffee to the towels extra pillows extra bedding extra bed so on and so forth everything was amazing. PB Tranquility

Our family was very fortunate to stay in this home. We use to live in the area, so we knew where everything was. This vacation rental made all the difference in a great trip back to the area or a potential flop. The owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with and provide more communication and support than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and there have been many over the years. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this home to anyone who was interested. You will not regret your destination or working with Evan. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Pacific Beach Home

This Pacific Beach home was in the perfect location for our trip to San Diego and the wonderful beaches, restaurants, and fun night life were within walking distance. The pictures and home description was very accurate. The home itself was extremely clean, well decorated and every amenity available. The beds were super comfy. Evan the owner was very responsive, and we would definitely stay in this home again!
