The host was so welcoming and responded to every question I asked promptly. All the plates, utensils, and shower amenities were prepared, and the place was very clean. The garage was spacious. You can walk to the beautiful beach. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful month-long stay here. The location is ideal - close to restaurants, the beach, and bay, yet peaceful. The 3-floor layout with spacious bedrooms and strong Wi-Fi made it great for privacy and remote work. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and household supplies, which made it feel very homey. The host was also super responsive and willing to answer queries. We’d love to return!

Perfect Spot & Perfect Hosts

This was the perfect house for 2 families to stay! 2 Primary bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids! We were just a few blocks from the beach, easy walking distance to so many things! We loved when entering the cleanliness of the house and the music playing! It was very inviting and the clean up to leave was minimal!! We highly recommend this home!!

Very clean and convenient location. 10 minute walk to pacific beach. Neighborhood is mostly residential with the main street far enough away for no noise at night. Overall a great stay!

San Diego spring break

Great layout for our two families. The location was 15 minutes or less to anywhere we wanted to visit. The garage made for easy parking for two cars and we also could walk to the beach and shops too.Could use true darkening shades and a few spider checks for showers and corners but very clean and nice accommodations! Thank you!

Great property. Would rent here again.

Our family of six stayed at this wonderful property for 8 days. The house had everything we needed. It was as pictured. We were all very comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer! The location is perfect for shopping, dining out, groceries, and short drives to lots of fun outings. They clearly use a professional cleaning service and we could find no fault in the cleanliness of the property. The garage is large so we had no problem parking our Ford Expadition

Great multi-family rental

This was a great house for our multiple family group. We each had our own space but could all be together on the 2nd floor. The location is great, we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed.

Yes! This Home is as good as it looks!

Check-in awesome, great and open communication with owners, clean rooms, safe and great location, big garage, large living room, plenty of seating, tv's in each room, overall one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in!

A Perfect Weekend!

This was a wonderful stay with enough room for everyone, walkability to the beach and great food and coffee, and cozy spots to curl up and watch football and movies. We had a wonderful time and felt so happy to stay in such a beautiful, clean, and safe home.

Great week at the beach

Had the family in town for the week. Grandparents and kids spent multiple days walking to the beach and playing the sand. Belmont park was a blast and just down the street. We could even see the Sea World fireworks from the master suite upstairs!! Thanks for the stay!

Best place in Pacific Beach!

We just had the best experience staying at this property. It was a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach! The garage was huge and fit our sedan and truck comfortably. The property is in excellent condition and even nicer in person. We did not have any concerns or reason to contact the management company, but they reached out several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Excellent customer service! They have 2 wagons, beach chairs, and sand toys which made our day at the beach even better! They also have a basket of beach towels to use. We were traveling with our adult children and grand babies, so the bedrooms being on separate floors allowed each family to enjoy their own space at times while also being a part of everything. We will for sure stay here again! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Amazing home in a great location

We stayed for four nights at the home. The property mgt company were excellent and very responsive. The home is located in a great area - lots of shops and bars. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access to other venues. The home was great and very clean. We loved having our own bathrooms!! It had everything we needed

Perfect San Diego Get-Away

We absolutely loved staying here! The accommodations worked perfectly for our family. The place was very clean, pleasant, and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were well stocked and we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and private, with each one on a different level of the home. The garage that held two cars was very nice, where you could just leave your vehicle and walk to the beach. No need to drive and have the hassle of finding a place to park near the beach. We would love to stay here again if we ever had the opportunity to come to San Diego in the future.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was beautiful - in great condition. Three full bedrooms with comfy large beds and three full bathrooms. Fully stocked beautiful kitchen. Comfortable living room, open floor plan. Great location walking distance to beach and beach restaurants, Sprouts, Starbucks, 1/2 hour drive to city and Balboa Park. Only complaints were minor — noisy pipes would hear at night, showers took a while to warm up. Overall great stay!

Very well run!!! CLEAN!

We were very happy with our stay here! I am very picky about cleanliness and the place was very very clean! All bedding was crisp white so you knew it was clean. Bathroom towels also crisp white. It’s run by a professional company, and communication and preparedness on the hosts part was great! My husband, kids and my parents stayed there. My parents, who have stayed many places and traveled, were very pleased with the place as well. We easily walked every morning down to the pier and boardwalk and enjoyed 5 mile walks along the beach. Great breakfast places all over to enjoy after our walk. The place was well stocked with a few boogie boards, a wagon we used to cart stuff to the beach, sand toys, beach towels, some beach chairs and a few other extra things like that. Clothes washer and dryer worked great and was in the garage, which was perfect for coming in from the beach. After sand was shaken off outside, everything could go straight in the wash without lugging it through the house. We also fit 2 big cars in the garage which was nice bc parking near any beach can always get tight. With both cars in, there was still plenty of room in front of the cars where we stored our beach gear and a bike we brought. My dad said he enjoyed biking the area every morning. There were ceiling fans in every bedroom so there was plenty of airflow. We hate to be hot at night and that was not a problem. We stayed here at the end of July and the temp inside was nice. We really loved it all!
