Yes the kitchen wss fine, just a little tight. The only issue was that they gave us the check-in instructions to a different rental and after we had been there a couple days they asked us tu pack up and move into the one we had originally booked. They gave us super short notice and my wife had to take care of the whole process by herself because I wasn't there.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much! Host responded quickly to any questions or anything we needed. Location was perfect—short walk to the beach and pier/shops. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have an outdoor patio area. Neighborhood felt safe. We would happily stay again!

It was all good. The location was amazing. It was a little loud in the apartments behind us, but I think it was because of Halloween. The only thing I wish was that the bedding and the pillows were more comfortable because after a busy day of doing the touristy thing you want to come home to a cozy bed, and the sheets and pillows need to be upgraded and a little bit too much fabric softener that should really be fragrant free because of allergies. But overall, it was nice.Thank you so much for your hospitality and we would stay again.

We were given the wrong lockbox code so had to call the property manager, but once we got it, it was a great stay! Pros: location, location, location; size - it was just right for our family of 4 (2 parents & 2 20-somethings; had beach chairs, towels, umbrella & a football (important!); fully stocked kitchen; dedicated parking; super clean; cute little patio perfect for morning coffee; and bikes!Cons: no AC (coming from Texas we forget not a lot of places have it); itty-bitty master shower but served its purpose. Overall, this place was a fantastic condo for our family over the long weekend and I would recommend it! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved our stay here! It is the perfect location with parking included. We were able to bring our dog which was a huge bonus. The patio was great for enjoying breakfast. Everything provided to cook and store meals at the condo was great. Comfortable bed, tons of fans provided to help get the air flowing. The beach chairs were handy to be able to walk down to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Another year, another great stay

This is our 5th year staying here and we plan to return again next year! Great location, great patio, great host, great parking, this continues to be our favorite week of the year. Host was very responsive to a need we had on day 1. We utilized the bikes available daily. Cant wait to return next year.

Convenient to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Mission Bay. This is our second time staying in this listing. It is very nice having the patio when traveling with our dog. There is some street and neighbor noise, but nothing unexpected for a Pacific Beach location. We look forward to another stay.

Location, location, location. Steps to pacific Beach. property is pretty basic, but with the beach right there, what else do you need? communication was easy with owner's representative. 3 bikes was a real plus for the three of us!!

Location, location, location

You just can't beat this location! It is near everything you could possibly need within walking distance. Kono's and the ocean, what more could you want?! And always have your own parking spot. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Close to everything from great food spots shopping. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. The unit was awesome, came with so many extras, like bikes, all things for the kitchen, towels etc. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!:))

Enjoyable stay.

The only suggestion i have is if the host would provide a check in guide. Something that provides guidance including where to take out trash; check-out procedures - what to do with linens; TV operation; running the heat, etc. Even dining suggestions.

100 steps to Beach!

Very good place to stay. We had an internet problem (AT&T fault) and owner worked hard to get things resolved. Place was clean and as described. It is not huge but you are coming here for the beach not to sit around the house. Even though it is in Pacific Beach it was very quiet. Neighborhood felt safe, lots of shops and dining/drinking within a 5-10 minute walk, including grocery store. Really could get by without a car. Beds were very comfortable. Great sunset views at the beach and the beachfront walkway is great. Would definitely stay again.
