Guests will find two king beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or groups. With three bathrooms featuring both a bathtub and a shower, everyone can enjoy comfort and convenience. The front unit welcoming living room includes a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the house offers air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything San Diego and our perfect house has to offer.

With plenty of room for your group, our property has 3 bedrooms spread across 2 units, ensuring everyone enjoys their own slice of privacy while still reveling in the shared joys of vacationing together.

Guests have private access to the 2 units (front and back unit), front deck (fire pit, grill, seating, umbrella), and backyard.
You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, 2 free parking spots, a laundry nook and Netflix, Hulu included on the brand new Roku TVs. Of note: you will need to sign into your personal Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ account. Login information is automatically removed after check-out.

Other things to note:
This is a duplex. You will have access to the front unit (1 bedroom/1 bath) with the deck, and the back unit (2 bedroom/2 baths) with the backyard. Each unit has a full kitchen and dinning area.


RENTAL AGREEMENT:
- We will send a rental agreement upon booking

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
- Early check-in/Late check-out is $150 (depending on availability)
- Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, strictly enforced.

All children are welcome however there are no child safety features in the house. Please monitor your children at all times.

There is an additional guest fee of $50 per guest, per night after the 8th guest.

Your fur babies are very much welcome! The pet fee is $75 per reservation, covering up to two pets. Please note, this fee does not include cleaning excessive pet hair from furniture or waste removal. Remember to include your pet in your reservation, and the fee will be automatically applied.

Please note, this is a no-party property. To maintain a peaceful environment, only registered guests are permitted on or near the property, and no gatherings or additional visitors are allowed. Any unapproved guests or events may incur an extra guest or event fee. For those planning larger gatherings, we recommend considering alternative listings.

No smoking at the property.

No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use.

Due to the proximity to the beach, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that may not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. Please note that no refunds will be provided for such minor wear and tear, as it is part of the natural upkeep of a well-loved vacation home.

Our property is in a natural setting, so insects or small animals may occasionally appear. We do our best to minimize this, with professional pest control, maintenance, and cleaning, but keeping doors and windows closed at all times helps. Our cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home before each stay, though some may still find their way in. If you do notice any insects or small animals inside, please notify us, and we'll send our team right away to address the issue.
Kindly note, refunds will not be provided for these occurrences.

Please note that the photos displayed are taken by professional photographers, and while we strive to maintain consistency, some furniture, appliances, or decor may differ at the time of your booking due to updates, repairs, or changes. These adjustments are made to enhance the guest experience, and no refunds will be provided for such differences.

Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.

If you are looking for a family photo session we can connect you with an affordable local portrait photographer to do a session of your family on the beach, Balboa Park, or other areas of San Diego. Let us know in advanced if you're interested and we can connect you with the photographer.

There is free daily yoga on the beach nearby. No yoga mats needed. Just bring a beach towel and you are all set. (It's donation based so make sure to bring some cash for the instructor.)

Other things to note
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home is a duplex, this is not a standalone house.
- This rental is for unit 849 and 851
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
