Great house

Location was great. Got to watch dolphins playing from the living room. Area was quiet but easy to walk on boardwalk to restaurants and activities. House big enough for 7 adults and 5 small children. We had a great time and would stay here again

Oceanfront Oasis

What an amazing property. Our family of 8 enjoyed our 8 day stay at this amazing property. The inside is gorgeous and had more than enough room for all our guests (we originally booked for 10 but 2 couldn’t make it). The location is perfect, right in central mission beach which makes for an easy walk to both ends of the boardwalk for restaurants and shops. The house has many amenities from heated bathroom floors to a house wide speaker system. Our teens loved the bikes and fun games provided. Cooking was easy with two ovens in the upstairs kitchen and lots of other amenities for foodies. The permanent neighbors in this complex were also very kind to us! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Mission Beach Two story condo

Overall the place was great. Right on the boardwalk on Mission Beach. The pluses were - 1. Wonderful living room over looking the ocean 2. Deck also with a gas powered fire place right on the ocean 3. Kitchen had strong appliances, 4. There is an elevator that takes you to the third floor which was a big plus with luggage and groceries. 5. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. 6.Rebecca, the host was very attentive. Deltas - 1. When we arrived there was some dust on the floor (not bad, I think the unit was vacant for a while) 2. The lighting controls were a little complicated for us and took some figuring out. Again overall the place was fabulous.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful and well stocked with pots and pans the view spectacular. The host was easy to get to and responded quickly for any concerns would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family Vacation

We booked this property as a family vacation to celebrate several milestone events occurring in 2022. With 6 adults and 3 small children, this property was ideal and spacious. Along with the premium location overlooking and just steps from the beach, the property was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Belmont Park. There were so many amenities to the property - ultra comfy beds, high end electronics, heated tile floors and towel racks in bathrooms, rain shower heads, fire pit on the upper patio, beach and bike gear, 2 car tandem parking + garage parking for a smaller car, telescope, and dolphin watching. We will never forget the penthouse door chime and all agree we always remember our stay when we hear the song. The property manager, Rebecca, was another highlight of our stay. She was attentive, accommodating and so helpful that we felt she became a member of our family. If we have the option to return to San Diego, we would rent this property if available in a heartbeat.

Family Winter Vacation

Absolutely perfect location and property on Mission Beach! Stayed from after Christmas through the New Year with my wife, young adult children and significant others (10 total). Everyone loved the home and location! Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering the Mission Beach area, which is very centrally located to everything in the greater San Diego area.

Family Christmas Vacation

This was the perfect home for 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were sizable and the family room fit all eleven of us for movie night! If you need a crib, high chair or baby toys, contact babysaway.com. They were wonderful as well.

Perfect vacation with in-laws, teens and their friends!

This property is loaded with gears for teens (4 bikes, peddle boards, boogie boards), and kids beach toys too! We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, and lots board games for the family time at night. Two bedrooms downstairs is a perfect unit for teens to hang out. Plenty of parking spaces which is a huge plus in this neighborhood. We will be back again! Thank you for everything, Rebecca!

Great time

We had a great time at the property! The property manager was very helpful. This house had all the bells and whistles and the location was amazing. There was only one issue we encountered; we couldn't get the oven to work, however, it could have been operator error as the tech in this house is high-end. There were plenty of other kitchen tools we were able to use so it didn't take away from our stay.

Perfect beach getaway

This is a terrific property for a beach getaway. The unit has a great surround sound music system and a fire pit on the patio. A new Webber grill was delivered at the start of the stay, which was great. Rebecca, the property manager, couldn’t have been nicer in assisting us before and during our stay. This is a 5 star place.

Mission Beach again!

This was our second year in a row coming to this property and everything was great as usual! During these crazy times and the concerns around having some flexibility in case the pandemic got worse, Rebecca (property manager) was excellent and very understanding of the situation! She was the ultimate professional and we really appreciated her flexibility! I would recommend this house as it is in a great area with plenty to do and a pretty good sized beach a ways from the crowds! We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Best Family Vacation Spot!

We gave been vacationing at this property for 3 years. We bring our kids and grandkids and we have the most wonderful memories of this beach house. It is beautifully updated and decorated. The 5 bedrooms are large and comfortable. along with the 4 bathrooms. The master suite is amazing! There is plenty of room to spread out (we are a party of 12) between the two floors. The ocean views are gorgeous and panoramic! There are views from most rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and has top of the line appliances. The open concept floor plan in the living/kitchen area is perfect for family gatherings. The balconies on both floors are wonderful...and we gather in the penthouse balcony every evening after the kids are asleep and enjoy the sound of waves and the warmth of the fire pit. Beach access is so easy, and the outdoor shower perfect. Also having 3 parking spaces is such a plus. The property manager, Rebecca, is absolutely fabulous! She promptly responds to any questions or issues, and is such a pleasure to work with. In summary, this is the most perfect beach house!

Exceeded expectations!

This oceanfront Mission Beach property is beautiful. It has views from its deck and living room that are endless. It is spacious and accommodated nicely our large family with 5 bedrooms. The boardwalk in front was a lot of fun as was having the beach steps away. Though the property is in a congested area, we didn't feel crowded. The views look beyond the boardwalk to the beach and sea. The sound of the ocean waves was therapeutic. We absolutely loved this place and would rent it again. The property is first class in every way.

Mission Beach House

This is a beautiful house with amazing beach front views. The top floor balcony with the fire place is where we spent most of our time. The location is ideal with many places to eat close by. Rebecca was total sweetheart and very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Family Vacation

We were a party of 9, which included 3 children. This was our second time to rent this beautiful home on the beach. We all love coming to San Diego and this is a gem on Mission Beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for the family.

Stunning views, very spacious and clean, beautifully appointed rooms, abundant supplies for cooking, cleaning, dining, beach-going. Convenient parking. Even better than expected1

Location was the best! Great views, generally quiet in the evenings except for a holiday weekend. Very comfortable condo, beautiful, well equipped kitchen, garage full of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Loved having the four parking spaces! The ice machine and wine coolers were an added plus, along with a huge kitchen to work in with all the family. Rebbecca took care of any issues we had, which were not big deals at all. So happy she met us there to give us a tour and explain how the electronics worked. We were a family of 11 which included 3 children. Oh, the balcony with the fire pit was a great way to end the day. We all loved this place so much that we have booked it for next year.
