NOT AS ADVERTISED. BEWARE! Multiple issues. Listing not accurate. We booked this for my Dad’s 85th birthday. Listing says 1st floor bedroom. It’s on the second floor. Hard time for my dad to get up and down the stairs. Upon check in AC could not keep up. Hot Hot Hot inside. Windows and doors all closed and couldn’t get the unit below 80 until the sun went down. Master bedroom bed had a bottom sheet and no top sheet- just a comforter that was not clean. 2nd day took 9 hours to get a sheet delivered. I had to follow up 3 times. AC worked once the sun went down but night times were unpredictable with temperatures depending on what bedroom you were in. Went from hot in the back to freezing in the master bedroom. FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL with a printed sign so I would think it’s been a while since its worked. FALSE advertising. The TV in the livingroom is a joke. The universal remote requires a degree from NASA to operate. At one point the TV froze up and wouldn’t adjust volume or even turn off. The location was great. Beach access was easy. The place is not as nice as the photos show. It’s a bit run down. I have attempted communication with the host multiple time and sometimes they respond and sometimes don’t. There are plenty of better options in the area. Pick a different one.

Awesome Miaaion Beach Vacation.

Excellent Condo. Very clean and well stocked with games, beach essentials and kitchen needs. Even the kitchen cookware was nicely organized. Responsive management when the garage door would not open. Management answered quickly and took care of issue. Short walk to Belmont park and places to eat. Amazing beach front view. Would stay here again.

Excellent property and perfect location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was so prompt to reply and to respond to the needs we had. It was the perfect location to everything! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! Perfect for our 3 couples to stay together and spend time at the beach. We highly recommend staying here! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Family Trip

We had a great experience at this property. Family of 5 plus the two grandmas fit perfectly with the setup! We enjoyed the beach being so close, Belmont park only a few steps away, as well as being driving distance to any attraction. It was clean, comfortable beds, beach gear, laundry, just everything was thought of. I would recommend this place to any family wanting a great beach vacation!

Perfect location & beautiful view

Our family of 5 loved this property. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It was an easy walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, Belmont Park or to play basketball/ volleyball on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach supplies in the garage. We hope to be back again soon!

This property is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in San Diego. It sits on a beautiful beach with walking distance to restaurants, shops and Belmont Park. The rooms are a perfect size and the kitchen has everything you need. We are coming back!

Great Property and worth every penny

We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was up to the standards of the listing and we were so impressed with the beautiful views. We had only wished the weather would have been nicer during our stay. It was abnormally cold for the time of year we went but that isn't a reflection on how great this location was. We were grateful for the warm extra blankets they had so we could still sit out on the porch and enjoy the views. the only request we had was instructions on how to light the firepit they offer in the shared space. We did everything we could to try and figure out how to turn it on and light it but we were unsuccessful. Also having a few more dishtowels and washcloths for the kitchen would be helpful for clean up since they have a wonderful kitchen we did a lot of cooking at the home. Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. In fact so many of my friends has asked for this listing after they saw me post our pictures of our vacation.
