There is an approved decibel monitor above the sliding glass door to the patio. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.
