Had a few problems nothing to mention cause the host did excellent on fixing them and over the thanksgiving holiday 2025 was able to make sure are stay was excellent even having a new born grand baby that was with mom dad and little sis the day of leaving lost the rental key so had to request few extra hours i was very very much in love with the view and the sound of the ocean anyone wanting a wonderful beach vacation stay i did my stay for 10 days and what ive seen of the other units there gona be just as nice i can keep bragging but no one will regret there stay guest of unit 5 Nov 21 to December 1

The location is unbeatable, and it wasn't as loud as we thought it would be (seeing as it is right on the beach). The view is incredible, and the amenities were as described. We would stay here again.

The views were amazing and loved that the property was right on the beach! The place was clean & had everything that we needed! There was even an elevator, which we didn’t expect & made going up and down with a stroller that much easier. It was really convenient that there was a parking spot, but if you have a bigger car…it will be tight.

This place is located at a great area. It is right on the beach and close to all the food places and shops. It was very clean and had all dishes and utensils needed for cooking. The WiFi was on and off but it allowed more family time. We would definitely recommend this place.

Memorial Weekend Stay

This is our first time staying at the property and we really enjoyed it. It was nice to be on the third floor and not have people looking in our windows, but still having the waterfront view. We didn’t have to take much down to the beach with us since we were so close, and we could go back to the house quickly if we needed something.We open the windows and the breeze was great throughout the house. The home was very clean. Beds were comfortable and we were able to bring our pup with us, which was amazing! We will definitely stay again!

Great location for a winter excursion for our family!

We enjoyed the easy access to Mission beach. We were able to watch surfers and dolphins from the large windows in the living area. The bedrooms were as described and the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful getaway.

Beach House #5 was perfect for relaxing and watching a beautiful view of the beach and boardwalk from 2 huge windows. The ac worked great. We didn't cook but if we wanted to there was everything you would need. Both showers were really good with plenty of hot water and pressure. The property is listed as "sleeps 6". This was not an issue since there were only two of us. There is a king bed, and a queen in two separate bedrooms. The only piece of furniture that might work to sleep on is a small futon in the living room. This might work for children, but I wouldn't sleep on it. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Perfect view of sunset and ocean. It was advertised as 3 bedroom but was only two. The overhead fan/light in 2nd bedroom did not work. On our last night there were sounds of construction happening somewhere in the building until we’ll past 10:00pm

Great Beach House!

Perfect! We were there for two weeks and loved the place. Amazing view of the ocean, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
