When we got to the condo the shower in bathroom not connected to master bedroom was broke and was never fixed the whole time we were there we had 1 shower and no bath tub the whole time we were there. We were told things like that just happen. They did nothing to remedy the situation

I wish I could say something bad so this place would be available anytime I needed it. But, I can’t. Seriously, I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was absolutely the best. It was clean, quiet, close to everything, excellent beach access, our own garage parking space, and I’m a chef so I bring my own kitchen stuff but I didn’t even need to unpack it. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s on my saved list…I will be back. It was a glorious week.

Nice Place Several Things Wrong

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. We checked in on Saturday 8/3 During the stay we experienced the following issues. 1 TV remotes, internet service , and cable TV was not explained . There were 5 different TV remotes 2 AC remotes didn’t work in living room or front bedroom. So that meant that the AC didn't work for two days except in the Primary bedroom 3 Remote window shades didn't work on the main window in the living room or in the front bedroom. This may minor but when the sun sets it shined directly into the living room window beautiful but what a glare. 4 Emailed the on call management service and received a response saying they would send someone over on Monday. Remember we checked in on Saturday! 5 On Monday a helpful representative came over and explained the cable service provider, opened the breaker box and reset the breaker to start the AC in the living room but not in the front bedroom. Tried to fix the automatic shade in the living room but was unable . 6 On Tuesday the AC in the living room started working intermittently . Long story short during our stay we had 2 A/C techs come to try and fix the AC systems but never got them working reliably. One AC tech told us they had been to this condo several times for the same issues. A window shade tech showed up on the next to our last day. I sent the management Co an email requesting a partial refund . They sent what I consider a small refund

Perfect location- beautiful interior

We loved this place. Gorgeous views, steps to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Garage is awesome but bring a smaller car if you can. Can’t say enough good things about it!!!

Perfection

The condo was perfect. It had everything and was exactly as advertised. It had remote controls for everything: TV’s, fireplace, motorized shades and blackout shades, and one multicolored one that I never figured out. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well appointed, and lots of beach toys. The location was divine. It didn’t lack anything.

The place smelt like mildew really bad. Tried the AC but it didn’t work!!! A shade was broken and finally got fixed the day before we left. The two closets were packed with the owners belongings and supplies so we couldn’t use them! Slow response from the management.. Never again!!!!

The place is beautiful, wonderful view. Would stay again. Cleaning crew could have done better. Master toilet was plugged and they didnt tell management company, we had to. The glass porch enclosure had foot prints and needed cleaned.

Although the weather didn't cooperate for many beach activities, the condo was clean and well appointed with a wonderful view and we enjoyed the boardwalk activities. Very close to all you need whether walking or by car. Communication was efficient and we had no problems.

My husband, 2 children, and mother in law enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the supplies to help make our stay that much more comfortable. It was such easy access to the beach and great place to people watch. The boardwalk was quiet at night too, which I was a little nervous about!

Best Views Ever

Views of the ocean were the best and the sound of the water was very relaxing. Really enjoyed long walks in the morning, Balcony with grill was great for cooking and eating. Kitchen was well supplied and very functional. Triple sliding patio doors were great to bring in the ocean breeze. Already planning a return trip.

So Relaxing!

This is a lovely condo with tasteful decor and real artwork. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blanket and pillow options. ( I'm a fussy sleeper.) Good water pressure in the showers. Good selection of kitchen gadgets and a regular coffee maker. (not the Kurig cups)... Oh, and wait until you try out the sofa recliners! We brought my Mom for her 80th Birthday and she loved that the glass wall to the balcony opened completely, for a real indoor/outdoor experience! A great way to enjoy morning coffee and people watching. The management company was easy to work with and promptly answered questions before our arrival. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Stay here for a week in June with our family of 4. Location could not have been better. Gorgeous/not crowded beach right out the door. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and watching the people pass by on the Boardwalk. Check in process was super easy and management company did nice job of checking in with us. There was a little noise from the Condo above us and in the evenings we had brief moments of some smoke from the fires on the beach, but those weren't a big deal. Just something to consider....
