Pros:- Communication with Peter was fast and easy.- Location.- View.- Secured building and secured parking. We left my daughter's college stuff for move-in, in the car over night. Huge win!!Cons:- Check in process wasn't clear, no email was sent about it even though the office manager said she did. We looked in my junk folder, etc no communication. Luckily Peter answered quickly and gave check-in instructions. The office manager is not always in the office, it was hard to reach her.- The place needs a good dusting - alarm clock, lamps, etc are all dusty. The vents haven't been cleaned and full of dust. The bathroom fan doesn't work and full of dust. The outlets have dust and potentially black mold. The bed sheets were dirty, Peter did get them changed the second day quickly but overall the place is not deep cleaned.- There are really no supplies, to include only 6 towels. There was two of us there for 7 days. When I asked for extra towels the office manager told me it's not a hotel and we need to do the laundry ourselves. There is laundry but it's not in the unit and so we did wash towels one night from 10pm - 11:30pm. - There is no AC in the unit and air circulation is hard to get because the layout. The ceiling fans don't do much and there is only one portable fan. We had the front door open most the time and the back patio door to try to get air circulating.- No beach supplies, chairs, beach towels, etcOverall, I would not stay here again.
