The first day we checked in, we noticed there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. I contacted management and was told they would have a member of the maintenance staff come over to fix it. That never happened despite me reaching out every day about the issue. After a week staying there, I said it wasn’t fair that I paid for a 2-bed, 2-bath, when in reality we only stayed in a 2-bed, 1-bath. I felt I should be reconciled for the difference in cost. I was told it would be remedied, however I still have not received any money back, despite me continuing to reach out to the management. A huge disappointment.

Our stay was great, mainly because of the unbeatable location in a peaceful neighborhood. Being within walking distance of Louisiana Purchase, my favorite restaurant, was a major plus. We loved being able to easily pop over for dinner without worrying about driving or parking. Parking was a bit of a hassle mainly at nights, but that's just part of San Diego living, and it didn’t detract any thing from our overall experience. The convenience really made our trip enjoyable.

Sweet cottage in San Diego

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting relatives in North Park. The cottage was pristine and beautifully furnished and appointed with wonderful beds, linens and kitchen appliances. The area was lovely and quiet and close to many of North Park’s trendy restaurants/bars and a short walk to beautiful Balboa Park. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a long San Diego weekend

The unit was clean and quiet. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for adult family members traveling together. Good location: very near Balboa Park (museums and zoo), a short drive from Coronado and beaches; an easy trip up the coast to La Jolla and Torrey Pines State Park. Lots of hiking, sightseeing and restaurants within easy reach.

Great week stay

The house was as described, very easy to find and get in. We really enjoyed the location. 3 minutes drive to the San Diego zoo, walking distance to a bunch of stores, 15 minutes or less drive to downtown and airport, 15 minute drive to multiple beaches. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great San Diego visit

This house worked well for our family visit. We were able to walk to dinner and take a short run to Balboa Park. Vety easy for Uber and Lyft to find. Overall great stay.

Great place in North Park

Near Downtown

Nice little house. Parking is a premium. If you arrive in the late afternoon or evening be prepared to park blocks away and walk from the car to the house.

Can’t beat the location!

Well worth booking just based on location. The comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and privacy only add to the appeal. Also, hosts were super communicative.Only drawbacks:1. Description says “ample parking” but please don’t expect to drive up and find a space. No matter which day or time we arrived, we had to drive up and down the road at least a few times at least (be prepared to parallel park). Will say we always found a spot eventually2. Apartment is “surface clean.” Found dirt/hair on baseboards, showers, doors, etc. It could use a deep cleanBut, still, overall super happy with our stay!Thank you!

Small house with big upside

The house is prefect for a family of 4 and while it was a challenge to find at first it is straight forward. Parking on the street can be a challenge as there is little of it and lots of apartments, but if you are creative you can make it happen. Over all nice experience

Visiting our son in San Diego

This little house is great It's a 1 mile walk into North Park business district and there are a few restaurants that are even closer. The neighborhood is very hilly though, so walking is a little more strenuous than I hoped it would be. Uber pick ups were always very quick. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms and the AC worked great!

A lovely spot! Owners are friendly and communicative. The property is tucked back from the street so it offers privacy, which is especially nice on the patio. We will stay again!

Perfect little spot for us

We enjoyed this rental, it was in a central location and LOVED San Diego! If you stay here, walk to Sunnyboy for breakfast! Delicious.
