Great Place To Stay

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. Short walks to the bay or ocean, nice restaurants around, and a cozy place to come back to bbq or just hang out on the patio. The neighborhood was nice and relaxed…we even had friends next to us. Definitely would suggest this property, and we will probably be back.

Great location

We had a great time at this cute little VRBO. The vrbo is stocked with a keurig and some k cups. The beach is 2 min walk. The unit was clean. Plenty of beach toys & towels. I like that there was a washer & dryer. The property mgr was responsive. There were kid cups, plates, spoons, & Tupperware. That is a nice touch for a VRBO.

Central Mission Beach location

Property was in very good condition, and had all the supplies we needed for the beach, kitchen, bedrooms and patio. Great communications with rental agent including when VRBO goofed up. Could hear the upstairs renters some, as some other reviews have mentioned.

Perfect family rental close to the beach

I can’t say enough good things about this rental, location, and property management. It started a bit rocky when the unit above us was being very loud, dancing, playing loud music, etc that all started at about 8pm. I am the kind of person who will just grin and bare through it. However I got a call at 930pm from Lacey checking in because there had been noise concerns about the tenants above us. Lacey took care of it immediately and we had the most lovely rest of our stay. We traveled with our 4 y/o and 15 month old and they had just about everything we could’ve needed. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Winter stay

The property is recently remodeled and everything is fresh and clean. The place was spotless! There are a few casual beach restaurants in walking distance and many more just a short Uber ride away. Street parking is nearly impossible to find in this area, but the one included parking spot easily fit our rental SUV. The front patio is large and relaxing. Communication with Lacy was always very prompt. We only cooked breakfast in the unit, but appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils were good quality and complete. It's a cozy place but furniture selection works well.

Fun stay with family!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very nicely furnished for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 8-13. Everything was provided, right down to the beach towels. The location to everything we wanted to do was very good. The parking was very tight. It was a shared space with the upstairs renters and we had a bit of an issue getting into our space when they were parked crooked in their space. I would have given this a five star review overall but with the renters being upstairs, it was like being in a hotel. We heard every flush of the toilet and every step they took. Not a big deal while we were up and about because we were busy ourselves, but when we were trying to get to sleep, it was a little annoying. We enjoyed our San Diego stay and look forward to a return trip!

Beautiful Updated CleanHome So Close To The Beach!!

Our stay was so amazing! The owner thought about everything from Beach equipment,towels,on site laundry we literally didn’t need most of the things we thought we needed as they already had them. The ease of check in was awesome with great directions of where to park and how to get there. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach almost everyday it’s just across the street and so close to great restaurants. Usually I can think of a few things that I wish a place had but they have everything you could possibly need. This place is updated so nicely with such a homely feel! We will most definitely stay here again next time.

Perfect Family Week

This home is exactly as described! Super convenient location between bay and ocean. Parking is a dream (a beach rarity). Beds very comfy, bathrooms good, washer/dryer new, couch delightfully comfortable, beach towels included, and the entire unit is serviced by a/c (also rare at the beach). and THE best property manager EVER - Lacy rocks her property mgmt!!!

Love this place!

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room, newly updated, great patio, close to everything and great host! One block to the bay and two blocks to the beach, this house is perfectly located in Mission Beach. Lacy was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Mission Beach

This is a great condo in a great location. Pictures are accurate. Nicely updated with many thoughtful details. We were disappointed by the excessive amount of flies on the patio. We partly chose this property for the outdoor space. But there were so many flies that we couldn't enjoy sitting out there. This seems to be an issue in the area as they did have a couple fly "traps" out there. They also flew into the property often despite our attempts to rush in and shut the door. So, I'm not sure that there is anything else that could be done about this. But, I wanted to give a heads up in case you are booking with the outdoor space in mind.
