This place is fantastic. Close enough to the beach to ride your bike, supplied by host. The hot tub is fantastic after a long day with powerful jets, if wanted. The host is fantastic to work with and would recommend to anyone. We fell in love with San Diego staying here.

Wonderful property, parking, pets have hurt the property tiling and flooring. Not enough things in the kitchen to help with meal prep as in spices or enough bowls. Didn’t hear from property owner once-but all in all we loved the location, the place we would stay again. New it is not

San Diego Vacation

This property was great. Everything that was listed is accurate and the location was perfect for everything we had scheduled to do. The quiet time hours were enforced so after 10 pm it was quiet. We will stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

I had a wonderful time at this unit. The bed was super comfortable. The place was spotless. The Jacuzzi was amazing!!! It was just a very comfortable, cute, fun place! Absolutely Loved Ricardo.... Perfect getaway

This is a clean, well-curated space to take a relaxing long weekend away. Loved the hot tub for the humans and the enclosed patio space for the pup! Loved having our own washer/dryer and the outdoor shower. Easy access to all of San Diego and La Jolla - about 15 minutes to get most places. Would definitely stay again!

This place was super cute to stay in. Just enough space to relax and come back to after a day of driving around San Diego. Super close to food and coffee spots and a short drive away from other attractions around San Diego.

Fantastic Property!!

Amazing patio. The best part was the outdoor shower and the hot tub, really just amazing. The kitchen has literally everything. Great appliances. Super comfortable bed and linens. Those pillows just wow. Close to the beach with great restaurants and convenience stores walking distance. Absolutely recommend!!

Amazing San Diego VRBO with Great Outdoor Space

This gem in San Diego offers a comfortable stay with great outdoor space for dogs, a jacuzzi, and fully stocked amenities, including beach gear. The bed is cozy, and the location is quiet yet convenient for all our outings. Ricardo's seamless booking process and excellent communication made our experience even better. We extended our trip from 7 to 10 days because we couldn't get enough! An unforgettable stay - we'll be back for sure!

100% would stay here again

My wife and I came for vacation, and it was a treat. Hot tub was on when we got there and always ready, excellent fridge space and well-equipped kitchen, super fun setup in the master with the bed facing the TV as well as a couch (plus complementary bath robes, beach gear, and a washer and dryer in the closets), and Pacific Beach was the PERFECT neighborhood for a fun and relaxing stay. I'm sure all of Ricardo's properties are at this level, but this one would be hard to beat. And a guaranteed parking spot in the back was a HUGE bonus. Definitely would stay here again if we're back in SD!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

I stayed at the property for 2 months and really appreciated the fact that my 2 small dogs were allowed to stay there with me. It has its own patio with a jacuzzi and grill and lots of privacy. The owner definitely put lots of though into what amenities to have available (ie: washer/dryer, nice dishes and all cooking utensils). I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying anywhere from a couple days to a month or two.

Great Place

I don't normally leave a review but this stay was really nice. The unit was exactly as listed. These units are small but really nice. My wife and I really enjoyed our 10 day stay. Ricardo was extremely helpful. We heard a loud TV coming from one of the other units so I sent a message. 5 minutes later the noise was gone. Great stay. Loved it!

We have stayed here 3 times in 2022 alone. This VRBO is defined by its comfort, location and privacy. The bedding is top notch. We sleep like babies here. The bathroom is modern and renovated, and the extras like the kitchen, washer and dryer and beach items push it over the edge. Its in the Heart of PB, a couple of minutes from the highway and just incredibly located. You'll love staying here!

This was such a gorgeous and perfect place to spend almost a month — great location, spacious living area, beautiful patio and hot tub area, outdoor shower, everything. Great Location

It’s a great location for two people. Everything you need and the hot tub is a nice amenity. The walls are thin if there are neighbors next door, but wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t there much. Overall, great experience.
