Location!

Great location. We walked daily, rode our bikes, played pickleball at Barnes tennis center! Enjoyed views from deck of bay.Excellent kitchen, well equipped for preparing daily meals.

Awesome Bay View!

We had a great time getting away. Great view of mission bay we enjoyed walking and biking to the boardwalk and close to many restaurants and shopping. Great kitchen to cook and have coffee.

Wish I was there

This is an excellent set up from the location and wonderful view of bay, bay beach access, condo ocean decorations and information on San Diego, gas fire place when it got chili at night , cooling fans for the one who needs it, specialty coffee, nice appliances, dbl sink and soaker tub in the bath, comfortable beds, to the bikes and beach amenities provided all made for a wonderful stay we will book again

Mission Bay Villa with Killer Views

Very clean and nicely furnished. Everything works perfectly. Great views from kitchen and living area. convenient to beach, shopping and dining but not in the middle of beach craziness. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Perfect location. Close to everything but away from busy city. Great sunset views across the bay. Nice having bikes to ride. Excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Condo was nicely decorated with all the necessities provided. One of our top stays. within

This was the best vacation ever! I mean look...the price was right, the location was perfect, and the place we stayed at had everything we needed and was exceptionally CLEAN!!!! Big plus!!! After this experience, the word HOTEL just got deleted from my vocabulary...Nancy's Vacation Rentals all the way for ANY occasion in San Diego area!

What an excellent location and condo. We stayed in Paul's condo before and during the US Open (golf) tournament. San Diego was a very busy place that week, but Paul's condo was a quiet place to return to every night. The condo was exactly as viewed on the internet, no surprizes at all! We will certainly return again when visiting San Diego.

I have a feeling that we would have LOVED being at these condos. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip less than 30 days from our travel date due to health problems but Nancy cheerfully refunded our deposit without even making us wait to see if she could re-rent it for that time. We will definitely get to this location in our future.

Location was perfect for walking and provided biking. Need to map out the restaurants and grocery stores ahead of time for best results. I have to mention the bidet...it was quite wonderful. I bought one for my nephew...

Mission Bay Stay

Loved the location, and ease of getting in and out of the unit once you learn what you're doing. Great view from the patio. Stayed in July with 72-74 degree weather and did not need the optional AC unit. Bedroom has a good fan and window you can open, and the balcony sliding door can be left open to cool the unit. Close to the trash chute which is nice, and easy access to the bay. Only downside, is the couch is the stiffest most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat in, and the internet didn't work reliably while we were there. However you are in San Diego, so you should be spending a minimal amount of time on the couch and TV.

Vacation with husband before work weekend

The property was very clean and nice finishes. Getting into the property takes a little more effort than most VRBOS's I've stayed in. It would be helpful if there weren't multiple codes/keys to get in. It also would have been nice to access beach from the property instead of walking down the street. Overall, we had a great time. Nice beachfront area and boardwalk and so close to everything.

We had a great time in Joey's Condo. We loved the patio, of course, and the proximity to the water, the Catamaran and all local activities. We are planning a return trip in December for Christmas. I wish we could stay there year round. Extra special thanks for the fans! They made quite a difference! I'm just not used to muggy weather, I guess. Thanks again for everything! Perfect Getaway

We loved our time at the condo. With 2 kids, 12 and 9 this was perfect for a quick getaway. The remodeled unit was perfect for our family of 4. I appreciated how much was available for us to use while we were there. There were beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and variety of beach toys. The kids definitely took advantage and used almost everything. With the unit being right on the sand we spent a whole day just relaxing by the water. I have already recommended this exact unit to several friends and family, because of how comfortable our stay was this week.

These are fantastic people, and Robins condo is absolutely brilliant. We had to cut our stay short due to the death of a friend and we were treated with empathy and genuine sympathy. Jackie was even able to rent out the condo for the days we weren't able to stay for, and because of this we recieved a complete refund. She didnt have to do this, and we really weren't expecting it. But she pulled out the stops and made it happen. Jackie - we really appreciate it. Rent from these people, they are great.

Today, I looked at the shells collected on Sail Bay, while staying at Nancy's Condo. The shells reminded me of wonderous sunsets that illuminate the bay each evening with a palette of reds, yellows, and yes, even a peek of the "green flash," as we sat sipping bubbly on the balcony, after activity filled days. For active tourists, but also for creative loafers, this location is perfect; right outside the door, one can swim, bike, run, walk, kayak, windsurf, or splish-splash, amble and daydream, while basking in the sun. For travel further afield to the tourist destinations, this locale is again ideal: nothing is far away, and a short car ride away are Seaworld, the Zoo, the Point Loma Lighthouse, the Maritime Museum, Balboa Park and more. And then, it is always splendid to return to a well-stocked, comfortable, and well-managed condo, that is Nancy's, truly a home away from home.

My husband and I just returned from the perfect week's vacation at Nancy's condo, #303, Riviera Drive. The location is perfect. Right on the beach on the quiet side of the bay. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous and we even had a fireworks display one evening from across the bay. The apartment is beautifully decorated with every possible amenity imaginable, and spotlessly clean. We needed help seting up our computer to access the internet and Nancy was immediately responsive and offerred every possible assistance until we were successful. We especially liked the walking/biking path right outside our door. The provided bikes were perfect. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located nearby so we were able to walk to shopping. I would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to returning sometime soon.
