We overall enjoyed our stay.Pros - location, beach access/view, bed was comfortable.Cons - unit needs updating - colors, furniture, bathrooms, water pressure, light switches, ceiling fans, nicer patio chairs. Just an overhaul and it'd be fabulous!

Fantastic location right on the boardwalk and beachfront! Can’t ask for any closer!The unit was very clean and accommodating. It’s a little small and dated, but location location location. There’s also a bus stop a block away and easy access to all of San Diego via their excellent transportation system. We almost rented a car, used Uber a little, but it was so easy to ride all over town on busses and trains. We even did the airport return on public transportation. Overall, we’re very happy with stay!

The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful. It was nice to have beach toys, towels, and accessories. The location is great as it’s right off the beach, and many restaurants are within walking distance.

The location you cannot beat! Just being able to see and hear the ocean is amazing :) Communication was simple and easy! No issues at all :) The amount of beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards were so great to have!

Staying right on the beach never disappoints! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the parade of humans and puppies streaming by. The house was clean and offered plenty of room for 4 of us. The bunk beds are definitely small and difficult to get into.

Location was great. The property could use updating, living room furniture was not comfortable at all (recliners were the worst) the wifi had 2 different connections, one for the kitchen are and another for the bedroom. 4 adults is max as the bunk beds were for kids would be helpful to advertise that. We lived the beach front! The stairs are very narrow and steep hard to carry personal items up. Garage wasnt availabe but we are supposed to recive a credit, it was very, very inconvenient.

Amazing view and steps from gorgeous beach. We had a great time just a couple updates would have made it perfect. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. Lots of fans which was great for August but they didn’t have much power.

Overall very good experience. Nice place, great location. The only problem I had was in checking in. I tried to call the landlord and not only she didn’t answer but her VM was full. Eventually I figured out the problem. Unfortunately she never called or anything to see how our wee long stay was going. Fortunately we had a great time with family! I would do it again!

Great location!

Condo had a well stocked kitchen. Great entry instructions, off street parking. Its right on the water and walking distance to the boardwalk. There where boogie boards, chairs and a pack n play for my grandson. My 2 sons, their spouses, grandson (2yrs) and myself had a comfortable stay while visiting San Diego from The Bay Area and TX. I would totally rebook

The location is great! You are right on the beach. The place is well equipped and clean. The third bedroom has a very difficult bunk bed. It is high and awkward to get in. Okay for kids but not adults

Good place to stay

Great trip with my wife, two girls, and their two friends. The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a very close proximity. As to the condo, we were a little taken back by the size of the place. The bedrooms, particularly the bedroom with the bunk beds, was extremely small (8’x8’ maybe 8’x10’) and the bunks took up near 2/3 of the room. The upper bed was nearly impossible for our average sized 16 year old daughter to sleep in. She ended up sleeping on the couch. Bathrooms were also very small. Simply put, the photos made the condo seem much bigger than it actually is. The property owner/manager was on site doing some maintenance and was extremely friendly and kind. He was very helpful and spoke with my wife and kiddos. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to meet him.Long review out short, nice place but was a little crowded for our family. Although, for a group of 3-4 it would probably be great.Thank you again for a great trip!

Great location, exactly as described

Location was perfect, right on the beach and walkable to Belmont Park and other locations. Condo was exactly as described with everything we needed in the condo and for enjoying the beach. Worked great for three-generation spring break visit!
