This completely remodeled, air conditioned 3BR, 2BA gem is a stunner! With brand new wood floors, a sparkling white kitchen, modern appliances and a private outdoor space -- you`ll never want to leave your beach vacation!

Mermaid Cove is a modern beach oasis, located just two blocks from the sand and salt waters of Mission Bay. It is a completely private, detached guest house with a car port and two parking spots available. There are two Smart TVs, an open concept living room and kitchen, pristine bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, an outdoor dining set up (complete with BBQ grill) and the perfect, coastal bright & airy feel. There are two bedrooms in the `main` house: the master (queen bed) and the guest room (twin over full bunk beds). The third bedroom is detached -- across the outdoor hallway -- and has a queen bed with its own bathroom & shower. There is free laundry onsite. Take a five minute stroll down to the water and experience all the vibrant San Diego bayside has to offer, from bike rentals to kayaking and paddle boarding!

Check-in is completely contactless, and you will have your own private entrance. The owners of Mermaid Cove live in the front house separated by a fence, and interaction is not necessary (unless you want to say hello!).

Included with your rental Vacation Rentals by Aaron provides FREE unlimited gear rentals from several local & friendly rental shops for everyone in your reservation. This gear includes bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, skateboards and much more. This is an amazing complimentary benefit during your stay. Just pick up your gear and hit the beach for endless fun on the boardwalk and waves.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
