Property had everything we needed and more. My only suggestion is the couches need to be cleaned especially the arms. It would have been nice to have TVs in the other two king bedrooms. Otherwise our stay was great! Great space and not too far from the beach.

We were extremely impressed by not only the property but also the hosts! The air conditioning was not working and they not only had it fixed (when it required replacement of a part), they coordinated the repairs when we were not in the home. We would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay in Pacific Beach at this beautiful house only a couple blocks from the beach. The house is immaculate, recently renovated and in a perfect location. I highly reccomend for families looking to enjoy sunny san diego.

Graduation gathering

Wonderful house! It was just as shown and very comfortable. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and baths were very nice and the backyard was great! We are a family of golfers so the putting green was really fun. Will be back!

Awesome!!

My family and I just had an awesome 4 night stay at this home. Check in was super easy and the host was great to communicate with. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the house was spotless, and fully stocked upon arrival. The outdoor area was a highlight! The location is excellent and a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants! We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Best VRBO Ever

This place is a dream. We walked to the beach every day, which is about a block and a half away. There is an excellent fish restaurant a couple of walks away. Wonderful location.The home is delightful and updated. They had everything we needed to travel with our three-year-old and six month old. Some of the wonderful details: a Bosch dishwasher, children’s dishes, sparkling waters, and snacks upon arrival, tons of children’s books and toys. The folks who own this place thought of everything. What a treat.

Pacific beach staycation!

Upon arriving, the property manager communicated very well with everything needed to have a wonderful stay! The house itself was beautiful and it was also a quiet neighborhood. Was able to walk to certain restaurants and the beach as well! Was provided all the essentials needed for the beach as well. Was also able to communicate with any maintenance issues that we had and they jumped right on it. Would highly recommended staying!

Amazing Amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay for a family vacation. The house was immaculate and a perfect location for our group. The hot tub and putting green were tons of fun for our group. Bedrooms were spacious and house was well stocked. We will certainly be back!

Great Family House

We stayed here for a long weekend away with our kids and another family with young kids. The house was great for the two families and was walking distance from most things that we wanted to do in Pacific Beach. There were a number of kids books, outdoor games, and other things that our kids had a great time with. There was also a door between the bedroom area and the LR area, which helped with noise when people woke up on different schedules and when the adults wanted to hang out after bedtimes.

Amazing stay near the beach!

We had the best stay here! The house was so comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids under 2) and a friend couple! It had all the baby gear you could need - high chair, crib, stroller, toys - and beach gear you need! The outdoor space is also perfect for families especially after you put the kids to sleep. Super clean and pictures don’t do the space justice! The location is also amazing for walks to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and shops. We’re already trying to book a trip back in a few months.

Pre-Christmas vacation at the beach

This house was very spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable vacation. It’s just a block to the Ocean Walk biking/walking trail. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was recently remodeled and the private backyard was an added bonus with the hot tub & putting green. Our hosts were gracious & quick to respond to our questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Family Trip

We went to visit our son who lives in CA. The house was in a perfect location and just the right size for our family. It had all the amenities needed to make our stay even better. Beds were super comfy and I loved the large shower near the primary bedroom. My son loved the mini golf area. Check in and check out was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the San Diego area.

Great Time in PB!

This house is wonderful! The kitchen is very well stocked and the 3 king bedrooms were just what we needed for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The only problem we encountered was when we ran the hot tub and the AC unit at the same time (the weather was quite warm while we were there) it would blow the breaker.

Great way to start summer

Fabulous house and location. Plenty of beds and rooms for 7 adults. The spa and putting green were a hit along with all the beach equipment in the garage. Very quiet at night. Groceries within 2 miles and all attractions in SD 15-20 min at most. We had a great time!!
