This was a well stocked property with beach towels, kitchen appliances, spices, etc. Fit 5 of us comfortably on our girls trip. The views are amazing and the listing was accurate. Beach, shops and restaurants are in walking distance.

Hi! Overall a great experience. This was my FIRST VRBO and I was nervous. The proximity to the cliffs was fantastic. What a view! And I loved that we could walk into the part where the restaurants and stores were.The things that caught us off guard were probably more user error than anything else. It didn't click until we got there that there was no AC and it was a bit toasty both nights. The fans were super helpful though. The parking space was a challenge but my husband did a nice job backing in and squeezing himself out.If I were to come back, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Ocean View

This home was perfect for our family of 4. The home is well loved but very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing and we loved spending time on the patio and at the tide pools. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We would love to stay again if we find ourselves on the west coast.

Repeat visit for me--this is a hidden gem on the coast. I love beginning and ending the day on the patio, taking in the view, sounds and smell of the ocean. Everything you need is here to relax. Ocean Beach is a great little community to explore as well! Will definitely be coming back.

Celebrated Daughter’s 17th Birthday

I can’t say enough good things about our stay — this was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had! I took my daughter to San Diego for her 17th birthday, and our host made the entire trip feel extra special from start to finish.Jeff was exceptionally attentive and incredibly responsive — every question we had was answered almost immediately, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed (and more). You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience, and that kind of thoughtfulness is rare.The property was exactly as described, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. But it was the host’s hospitality that really stood out — professional, kind, and truly committed to making our stay perfect.Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday trip so memorable. Location with a VIEW ...

The first thing we encountered was the view - spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The house had everything we needed. The great room and adjoining kitchen was great for spending time together, watching baseball and cards. Also, the great room provided easy access to the private and community patios for watching the sunset or ocean. With easy walk to the town provides quick access to wonderful restaurants and also a nice walk to Sunset Cliffs. The location is centrally located to down town, harbor, Balboa Park / Zoo and others. Great place to stay and unwind!

This location was fantastic - stunning views and walkable to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the nearby tide pools. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and thorough!

Perfect Family Getaway

Family spring break

We loved our stay here! Location was perfect, the town had such great vibes. Didn’t come close to trying all the restaurants we wanted to hit. Quick trip to Torrey Pines to golf and hike! Wed we went to the farmers market and listened to music by the boardwalk! Our favorite was exploring the tide pools! Great spot for all ages! We had overcast weather the whole time but still had the best trip! I guess we will have to return! Jeff was a great communicator and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great Weekend Getaway in OB!

We had a long weekend stay here at the cutest little family beach house! It ended up just being my hubby and I but the house was super clean and exactly as described! All within walking/ driving distance for anything you would want! Working with Jeff was seamless and stress free! Will definitely be back for another stay!
